We do this remotely, while you watch, and we do it promptly. Expect 45 to 90 minutes on average, but we don’t ever put a limit on how long a tough case can take. Our service is offered at a flat, published rate — no hidden charges or fees, and any applicable tax is included.

In his career, Zach completed more than 6,000 customer sessions and had a 99.27% satisfaction rate.
