I would have given them 4 stars but let me tell you why I didn’t. I took my laptop that was not working to have them give me a diagnosis for free. The next day I got my laptop and they said it was infested with viruses. I took it to Dunkin Donuts and turned it on and it was back to normal. Thanks Office Depot! I brought them down a star because they wanted to remove the viruses for $ 150!!! Not doing that!!! My virus software says I have no virus!
