Went there for cod dinners and waitress was helpful and not busy about 5:45pm on a Friday night, dining experience was almost good until the cod was tried… I am sure it was not«real» cod due to taste and texture and most disturbing flesh had a slight pink color??? and cod are always«white» flesh. I remember hearing about a restaurant problem just about everywhere that at times they serve cheaper fish and cod is more expensive, went online to find out more and yes substitutions do happen and further research I found that«Bighead Carp» is sometimes served and it has a «pink» coloration… ugh!!! If that was the case where/who did it? Fix it fast. I see a lot of 1-star reviews???

Worst.Service.Ever. One star is far too many for this group. Our order came to us wrong, it took forever to get a drink refill, then our server dumped a tray of soda on us and the table. There is clearly no set protocol for dumping a tray of coke on someone, while we sat in a table full of coke they wondered around looking for napkins… napkins! Then the manager offered to give us a free desert — what the heck planet is she from? My wife’s half eaten dinner was floating in the spill and they only took that meal off the tab. The food is ultra-salty, I will need to drink a gallon water to get that out of my system. The prime rib pasta was a total let down, there couldn’t have been more than a couple ounces of meat in the entire dish — two thumbs down! The very first time in my life that I did not leave a tip. Now time to presoak my new shirt and hopefully get this soda out. Stay away from this place! UPDATE: The manager contacted me after reading the post on Unilocal.Very nice guy and was very apologetic over the horrible experience. He is the new GM, the restaurant ran with unqualified supervisors until just recently. I do believe that he has the energy and attitude to make a difference. Also offered to reimburse me for the entire meal — I’ll change my score if he actually credits my card.

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible carryout experience!!! Got order home, and French Dip sandwich did not come with any Au Jus, there were maybe 10 fries, and had a styrofoam bowl with a hole burned in it. Not sure what was going on, but we will NOT do business here again.

Updated visit… this new GM will bring in the customers. I have read lots of bad reviews on this location us being one of those victims, the Manager is so caring and nice. The GM is new at this location and in speaking to him with a personal follow up on the phone, I feel confident that we will not have a bad experience again. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

The worst experience ever at a restaurant. Zero leadership, it appears the inmates are running the asylum. Waited 15 minutes for our drinks to be delivered, both done wrong one was supposed to be frozen and it was on the rocks the other was supposed to have fresh fruit it did not. 15 minutes later a salad was delivered that looked horrible, tasted OK. Bread was delivered no issues. Waitress apologized for the delay in the food being delivered and said they were understaffed. I told her it looked as if they had plenty of help there were at least three other waitresses, she stated they did not know what they were doing and that they were in training. When the food finally arrived the waitress apologized for the way my food looked, that she ran into the door because somebody was standing on the other side of it. Some of the food had fallen onto the floor. The fries were cold and the rest of the meal was OK. They did bring me the missing portion that was cooked properly. The other meal was fine. We requested our dessert the package to go as we could not stay any longer. When the waitress brought the pie out it was not finished. Somebody removed a frozen pie blank from the freezer cut it and put it in the to go box. When we asked why it did not look like the photo the waitress was shocked to know that we wanted it the way it looked in the photo. She said oh you want the whip topping? That’s when things got ugly. After driving an hour to get to this establishment I cannot explain the complete disappointment. We would never visit this establishment again!

If you want something to do all day, take your screaming kids to this daycare restaurant. They are always very slow. Understaffed or under care? I dunno. It’s just a long wait for decent food. But at least there are always screaming little demons around you. Why do I keep coming back?

Yes kids, this is one mediocre establishment. Had the clam chowder, or rather the clam flavored bowl of milk. I think I spotted a piece of clam, not sure. They serve an assortment of sirloin steaks because it’s a cheap cut of leather, just bring your dog to pre-chew it for you. Run by teenagers, bland food cooked by amateurs and service… what service ?? Come join the suckfest, hell, it’s only money.

Food was good had the bourbon filet, with crab cake, side of asparagus, and garden salad. Draft beer was cold. Food was decent, filet covered in bourbon bbq sauce covered the flavor of the filet. Service, at sat at the bar. He was overwelmed with the semi full crowd, smart remarks. I may go back cuz they have a curbside window.

Ugh!!! Terrible food and we only ordered soup and salad. Soup was cold, when I asked for some crackers that took 10 minutes, turns out I didn’t need them as soup was bad. Salad had big chunks of the core, really poorly prepared. Won’t ever be back, terrible

The food was great, came out fast. Our waiter was really nice and attentive. No rolls were ready when we got there, but they had some out on the table before we left.

I went for a late dinner and was disappointed. we were seated quickly and had a wonderful server. He was extremely attentive. The food on the other hand was not fabulous. Now im not a fan of ocharleys to begin with, but my husband is. I typically get chicken strips, mainly because its hard to mess that up. Our food took about 20 – 25 minutes to arrive, and no bread! We were both starving! My fries and chicken were cold. Im sure they had been ready a while waiting on my husbands steak to cook. His steak was cooked correctly but alot of fat throughout.

The wait staff is friendly yet they are understaffed. Of the 4 people that are in our party, all of our food came out wrong and cold! I looked forward to the prime rib meal for over 2 months, my daughter in law took us out as a surprise and ordered the 1 lb cut. I wish I could say it was amazing but it came out cold after a 45 min wait and they re made it(another 30 minute wait. Anyway, I am disappointed, we spoke with the manager, she got everything remade and smiled and was sweet.

Decent. The food, the service and the prices. I’m not impressed with the menu choices, your basic steakhouse menu featuring steak, chicken or fish in traditional dishes. Each dish lacks flavor or any seasoning. You feel like you need to add salt and pepper to everything just to get some type of flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant as I’ve never had a good experience here. Either the food is awful or the service is lack luster. And on most occasions you get both. Luckily there’s other restaurants surrounding O’Charleys. Maybe one day this location will improve but until then try something else. Pros: None Cons: Everything

Brought my wife here for a close to home casual dinner date. Just ok, not better or worse than I’d expect. The environment is crowded, with cheap furniture/décor. It seemed family friendly if kids are kept away from the bar. The table was dirty. It had been cleared off, but not wiped down. We found a piece of wrapper or something in the bread basket that they brought to the table. The bread really didn’t look that appetizing anyway, so we didn’t care. The server we had was nice. She made sure to keep our drinks full. She waited for me to cut into my steak to be sure it was cooked how I wanted. However, one of my sides was brought to the table a minute or two after ordering our dinner, then my side was placed in front of my wife. It was a bit confusing. Our appetizer came to the table a good 15 minutes after that. That’s right. Side first, then appetizer, then meal. Beer selection is horrible, but they did have a bar full of crazy cocktails. The food really isn’t that bad. The steak was cooked just right the first time, the appetizers were ok. I liked the pepper jack breaded cheese wedge thingies. My «loaded» baked potato ingredients were skimped on so it really wasn’t loaded with anything. The«half» chicken salad and appetizer platter were both absolutely gigantic. We both agreed that we would have preferred lower prices and smaller portion sizes.

If this is an old location, then they refreshed the décor as part of the rebranding. It’s a small store. Our waitress was attentive and fast. The bacon mac and cheese was good, and the chicken fingers were perfect — not greasy at all. We liked the moonshine punch cocktail.

Front manager was screaming at the wait staff and the entire wait staff was scared to death. Not good experience at all. Food service was slow and waitress did not check on us!

It’s o’Charleys. This one isn’t anything special. Ask for an experienced server or your visit may not be any better than ours was.

Ohhhhh, O’Charley’s. We tried this place because we have vowed to try every restaurant in Spring Hill. Have to agree with the other reviewer. Our waitress was not very attentive — took a long time to clear our table. The food was a step below a TGI Fridays. This restaurant is more along the lines of a Denny’s. The salads were just blaw and nothing spectacular, the chicken fingers were so dry. We will have to skip this place in the future, although I do have to mention that it was packed when we went there.

I have been to probably a dozen OCharleys and this one is not very good. We have eaten there twice and the orders were bad both times. It never seems to be crowded(which is a bonus I guess). If you are in the area and want a meal, drive away…
