Jazzercise offers a 60-minute class including a gentle warm-up, 30-minute cardio segment, muscle toning and strenthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale. It is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing movementsall choreographed to the latest music to give you the feeling of dancing. You’ll forget you’re exercising! Benefits include increased stamina, energy levels, strength and flexibility, as well as an overall «feel good» factor.
History
Established in 1969.
Jazzercise celebrates 45 years in November, 2014. Judi Sheppard Missett, a jazz dance teacher, saw a need for a simple dance-based exercise program geared toward women, and Jazzercise was born. Now offering classes in over 30 countries to thousands of women, men and children. Each instructor is carefully trained and certified, and each location is owned by a Jazzercise Franchisee.

Certified to teach Jazzercise in April, 1981, Becky has been in the Spring Hill area since August of 2006, and is proud to be the owner of her own Jazzercise Fitness Center with 7 other certified instructors/associates working at the Center. Our goal is to offer a friendly, personal atmosphere with classes geared toward all ages and fitness levels.
