I Have to give this Company a big thumbs up! Iv’e dealt with them twice now through a referral of a dear friend who acquired their services and spoken highly of them as well! Let me share with you if i may… i bought a home last year and upon the purchase the old home owner left me log book (Binder) if you will of all the repairs and appliance warranty’s and booklets to the items left with the home and whom he used for repairs of AC, Plumbing, Lawn, Pool, Sprinkle, for the home you get it! So Anytime i needed something i referred to this i called later a home «black book» LOL. I say black book cause if i needed to get into it it was doom and gloom a repair was needed LOL! So i won’t bore you i had to call the ex owners several times on the AC unit it was always something, now mind ya i did get the olé owners so called warranty but it was going out. imagine that so the women at the office said for this amount i could extend a already old and dying unit. i was sill thinking ok i will do it, well the unit over the past year needed work constantly. then the usual seasonal check up! Well each time this old company was another WELL known Company. raked me and raped me shall i say every time. it cost me anywhere from $ 700.00 to a whopping service call for a check up being like over $ 1500.00. I was fed up i was not using anymore money on them and yes you guessed it they died! I have two units in this 3000 sq ft home, one 2 Ton and also one 4 Ton! Now you see where this was going if i called them the old company i used form the old owner. i could only imagine! Well my dear friends suggested Krueger, said they needed service and gotten the most professional and polite and dedicated work and get this at a very very good rate. they was so pleased and spoke only kudo’s and 5 star, and well all the definitive referrals, i’m like ok lets see. since moving here to Florida nothing is cheap or inexpensive. iv’e felt the blow of every price gauge i could and like i said the old company, lets just say i got a F$%king with no kiss or lube. Yes i felt Raped! SO first the 2 Ton Broke, i called and nice polite young man come out… ohh and get this «On Time» i forgot the other was never punctual! He examined my 2 Ton unit and was sad to give me the news she was dead and nothing we could do. i panic.he called the company and asked about having someone come out and give me a price i was like can you ask if they could get me a good price cause i knew soon the other was gonna go i needed to save up! it was’nt within a few minutes the young man said my boss said he will install for this amount. ok i won’t share the amount but i will say this i about died. i’m like your kiddin me, he is like… No Maam! I said hell yea do it. i was so relived the price was nice they work with people their a family company, they take cared of the customer. I was about in tears. they came the next day installed it and all was damn good. warranty and all first time service promotions to new buyers etc. So you know how this all ends in this book i wrote and yes i wrote it cause i cannot share enough with you all how please… my 4 Ton Died, they came out. since i bought the first 2 Ton and was NOW and forever a Customer Mike came out while another young man diagnosed it was dead too, and Mike gave me one helluva deal! The very next day again three young men showed up spent the day removing my old one and installing the new 4 Ton. I will tell you folks you do not ever see a Family business like this so when you do and get personalized service, exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and dedication, from the office the ladies you speak with to set up the appointment’s to Mike himself coming out and giving you his dedication to you to help at a fair price extending they will stand behind what they install, and are not out to kill the bank or rip you off or well Rape or rake you over the coals! Now too the Young men who installed this unit. many yes maam’s to polite courteous service, all questions answered to all details taken care of not a beat or step out of place! This is what i say to anyone who reads my review here. Please give The Krueger Company a call when you need work or repairs or a new product I had the old Infinity series now i have the New high efficiency 2 & 4 Ton «Trane» systems. I am so satisfied and happy, and will forever acquire them for all future needs! I know this is my own review but hell give them a call and see for yourself! I guarantee you will not be let down or robbed in your wallet. plus No better service then this Company. Thank You to all the wonderful young men who worked hard and steady to get my units in even though it rained. to Mike who worked with me gave a me a fair deal and treated me with respect and dedication, to the ladies in the office i talk to when i call who are polite, professional, and ready to help or put you in the direction of someone who can assist you!

Very professional company! Excellent service. I needed a new AC to upgrade my old 31 year old original system, and after checking out all their 5 star reviews online, customer feedback, numerous awards, and A+ better business bureau, I knew Craig W Krueger was the company I wanted to work with, since a purchase of this magnitude means wanting a customer focused company handling warranty and maintenance work.
After talking to Mike, one of the sales/​service guys, he came right out to see what the house needed, provided me with options, and had his crew out the next day. The price was significantly less than I thought! This company also hires veterans! The two installers (Zach/​Dave) were VERY courteous and professional. They kept me aware of everything they were doing. They worked hard all day long, working straight through the entire process. Also, I had two little girls home with me all day, and they were very nice to my children, which is important to me. They cleaned up after themselves and all I can say is the house has never been so «cool».

I normally do not write reviews, but thought it important in this case.
It finally happened that our HVAC system needed upgrading.
Many years ago in Texas I owned and operated my own HVAC company so it is difficult for me to hire someone to do something I use to do myself. But needed a new system requires permits and availability to equipment so I had no choice but to start the process to find the right company.
I checked references, state licensing, Sheriff Office Fraud Unit, BBB, and did a phone interview with several companies. Craig W. Krueger came up with the highest rating… now price… I did get several estimates as cost is also a factor. In addition, Krueger sells Trane equipment and having been in the business I know the quality. Trane is not just a bunch of other companies parts thrown together to make a unit, Trane designs and tests most all their own components.
Mike Krueger came out for the estimate, very knowledgeable and efficient. Discussed the options and did not try to pressure or up-​sale.
One downside is that Krueger is good, so they are busy and we had to wait several days for them to be able to install the equipment. They did call every day to keep in touch and assure that we were on the schedule.
The installation team were amazing — Mike the lead and Zack the helper. A lot can be said about a mans character by the quality of his work. Mike was meticulous and went above and beyond to do a first class job. A company is only as good as the people they hire to do the work, and obviously Krueger hires right.
I would highly recommend this company for repair or equipment replacement based on my research and experience with them
