We are a Mom, Pop and Daughter small Café specializing in homemade French, Italian, and American cuisine. We serve breakfast 7 days a week… lunch 6 days a week… and dinners 3 nights a week.
History
Established in 2014.
We opened in 2000 under the name The County Line Café & Grille. We enjoyed 10 years of great success. We had a wonderful time serving the locals and vistors to Spring Hill, Fl. Our customers were so proud of Chef Kevin when he appeared on the Regis & Kelly Morning show in 2009 showcasing his Sesame Lime Ginger Pork Tenderloin recipe. In 2010 we sold our Café. The next 4 years it was run under the new owners, the Café received mixed reviews. When contacted and asked if we would like to have our restaurant back we were happy to reply YES! And so in April of 2014 we reopened under the name The Chefs Café with a totally remodeled dining room. We have brought back alot of our customers favorite recipes and have introduced some new ones. We are also happy to report that many of our staff have returned with us. So even though the name has changed you can come on in and see Chef Kevin, Karen, Ronnie Leah, Randy, Patty, Tammy, and Autumn just to name a few.

Business Owner
Chef Kevin has been in the restaurant business since the early 80’s. Starting as a bus boy in a 5 star establishment in upstate New York and working his was up to Executive Chef in one of the finest resturants in the Florida Keys. Chef and his wife Karen moved to Spring Hill Florida in 1999 with the specific purpose of opening up a small Café to showcase Chef Kevins cooking and baking skills.
