We took our dog for the first and second time to this groomer. I had never had a dog so I didn’t know much about dog grooming. She chastised us because the dog was matted. The second time we brought her back the girl behind the counter asked what type of cut we wanted our dog to have. Justine piped in that the dog was matted last time so she had to shave our dog all over. I now knew this and this time the dog was not matted. When we got back to retrieve her she said we needed to touch the dog’s face more. She was not friendly at all. She had so many dogs there I know it upset my dog. I think if you are going to own a business you should at least be personable. I will not be going back.

I first called to have my dog groomed 3 years ago. The owner who answered (Justine) was really accommodating and took my little Elphie right away. She is so knowledgeable and patient. We have been loyal ever since. This place is fantastic and my Elphie loves going there. She knows my dog no matter how long it’s been since we have seen her. I really admire her hard work and vast knowledge base. Great little place. I hope she’s in business forever.

I walked into Justine’s Grooming on a busy Saturday, with a wiry terrier stray that I found 2 days ago. I asked if the hair around her eyes could be trimmed & her nails clipped. They obliged and also checked her ears finding a huge mess. They removed the mounds of wiry fur from her ears, along with loads of wax, and dirt and proceeded to wipe them until they were clean. The vet should have no problem seeing into her ears on Monday and she seems so much more happier! Thank you for being so patient and diligent in helping this pup.
