Established in 2004.

Started by a Fireman, we have grown to be the premier outdoor construction company in San Antonio Texas. We loved building custom decks and outdoor spaces and it showed. A small company has grown to service, design, and build over 100 quality projects per year. From outdoor kitchens to every thing between life is better served outside.

Business Owner

I have always loved construction. I have been a builder since I could swing a hammer. Building Custom Decks has been a passion since I was a teen. I joined the Fire Service as a rookie hose-​man, but couldn’t let my passion go. Through promoting through the ranks I learned the importance of structural integrity. As a Fire Investigator and licensed plans examiner I saw how loosely regulated the building process really is. Building everything to all current codes is essential in todays construction. Owning a successful business and working full time is hard. After having two children I decided to leave the Fire Service and pursue my dream full time. Now I’m living the good life doing what I love.
