Home Team of America was founded in 1993 and Clement Home Team is an independently owned and operated member of The Home Team of America. With the kind of know-​how that comes from over 20 years of successfully selling real estate, Donna Clement will negotiate expertly in your best interest. «People trust me with their single largest asset. I know that my success rests on my client’s success.» Mike Clement joined Donna in the real estate business in 2009 and brings invaluable experience from a long career of owning a manufacturers rep firm. The rep business taught Mike the skills required to put together buyers and sellers and to successfully mediate and negotiate with both sides of a transaction. «I look forward to building relationships that last a lifetime and will continually maintain my philosophy of always doing the right thing for my clients.»

Donna Clement brings a wealth of experience to her clients in the real estate industry. Donna is a native Texan and prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2000, she worked in the accounting field for a large financial corporation. She moved from Dallas to San Antonio in the early 90’s and had the opportunity to work with a large national homebuilder where she gained invaluable experience about the home building process, sales, marketing and the mortgage side of real estate. Her background in both the financial industry and new home construction has resulted in a synergy that benefits both buyers and sellers and always exceeds their expectations. Her passion for helping people achieve their dreams and goals continues to be the most rewarding part of her real estate career.
