They are ok. Wouldn’t give me a car loan (got it thru someone else) or a house loan (got it thru someone else). So I guess they like to lose members money. Been with them for over 10 years. They allow a «computer» to make the determination of a credit risk.

First Community Credit Union is the worst bank ever!!!
Slow service no one has sense of urgency. I opened my account online and it took 28 days to get my debit card by mail. I still have not received a pin. I had to call 6 times and send 4 emails just to get a direct deposit form. I tried making a deposit into my account so that I could began making purchases to take advantage of the 2.5% earnings on purchases, however; I was told that I was not eligible to make deposits at shared branches until after 2 months of having my account open.

Carol gave me very good service on my auto loan. I drove to Bryan, TX to purchase a car, and she got the approval ready from afar and emailed me loan docs for me to sign electronically to get the long-​distance transaction completed.

I have been banking here for the past 13 years and LOVE IT.
I never have a problem with customer service, waiting in lines or waiting on hold over the phone.
I love their online baking system and all the perks that come along with having a credit union as your bank. My EFT goes in a day before everyone else!
I always feel safe at this location because it is near the Spring Valley police station.
