History

Established in 1992.

After 14 years as a plant maintenance engineer, received my contractors license in 1992. Certified as an ICC Building Inspector in 2000, having re certified every 3 years since. Obtained EPA Lead RRP certification in 2010, and BPI Building Analyst Professional in 2011. We have been a Diamond Certified contractor since 2008.

After working for Hillside Home, passed the NRI Building Construction course with High Honors. Received contractor license in 1992. Passed the ICBO Building Inspectors exam in 2000, and has passed the ICC building inspectors exam every 3 years since. Added EPA certification in 2010, Design Without Barriers and BPI Building Analyst Professional certifications in 2011. Married in 1995 Bill & Holly are raising their 3 children.
