LGBT folks beware! This person is hateful! I refer you to his letter to the editor in the Free Lance-​Star on March 16, 2015 in which he refers to the «perverted LGBT agenda». Transgender folks especially need to stay away! His medical training apparently has not included an understanding of gender dysphoria.

Everyone at this office is super friendly & accommodating. My visit was for an emergency; wisdom teeth extraction. They were so calming, reassuring and really made me feel comfortable through an uncomfortable procedure. Dr. Cook and his staff are awesome. I’d highly recommend them for any procedure. Professional & caring, not once did I feel like just a number or a pay check. Unfortunately my experience with some dental places were very salesy and I’m not a fan, this is not the case here.
