Ziebart – Rhino Lining of Spokane

I have a shepherd mix with that short hair that sticks in cloth seats. They gave me an estimate to get it out that beat out may local shops. I also didn’t have to wait three weeks like other shops had quoted for when they could actually schedule me. Was in two days after making the call, they were efficient and to the quote they made. Had to do a double take as my car looks brand new with no dog hair at all.

Brian is beyond awesome! Great customer service, always goes the extra mile. I’ve had two clear bras put on (lifetime warranty at all Zijebart’s) put on my vehicles and Brian has no problem getting it in promptly if there are issues with it. Also has a 15% military discount, which rocks. These days it’s hard to find great customer service, however Brian and the Spokane Ziebart team have it down cold.

My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it! Attention to detail, professionalism and kind, knowledgeable staff. We will be back!

My fondest hope when dealing with car stuff is for the experience not to be torture. Be careful what you wish for, they say. Or, just wish for Brian at Ziebart. I got more than expected: a car that was actually better than new.
My 2007 Prius needed detailing because I wanted it to stop smelling of dog. I also wanted aforementioned dog to be more comfortable in the summer, so I wanted my windows tinted. Then I learned I could have seat warmers installed. When I bought the car, they were not available. I thought the after-​market kind would be tacky. So wrong.
Brian patiently answered all my questions, gave me a fair estimate, and then finished the job faster and better than he’d promised. When I went to pick it up he told me I needed a new cabin filter (cabin filter? who knew?). He showed me the old one (um, ick) and said he usually called to ask people if they wanted to spend the extra $ 30. In my case, he just decided to go ahead. In other words, in the short time he’d known me, he was able to read my mind. Correctly.
As a relatively smart and capable woman I know I could learn all about car stuff if I wanted to. I choose not to. Instead, I find professionals I can trust who I know will treat me fairly. When Brian told me he grew up with six sisters I was not surprised. It showed.
If I could think of anything else I wanted to pimp out my car, I’d bring it back to Brian. However, right now, it’s perfect. Better than new.

Emailed for an estimate for an interior and exterior detail on my wife’s camry. I got an email back that day with estimated prices, and even quoted a sale price. I was given a Saturday appointment that worked with my schedule.
Upon arrival Brian did a look over of the vehicle and was thoughtful in his assessment. I have a good amount of experience with car detailing. And it is very important to go that extra mile to have someone clay the car and apply a polish and wax as appropriate. If a detail is too cheap they really aren’t doing the labor that is involved. It is a lot of work to wash, clay, polish, and wax a car. But it is the right way to do it, and worth it. Of course, I have usually dealt with private detailers, so wasn’t sure about the franchise concept, and had no experiences with Ziebart.
Still upon arrival Brian the owner looked at the car and we settled on a full detail, with their diamond gloss synthetic polish. He was also able to do a headlight restoration at a reasonable add on, and even able to give me a shuttle ride home.
Upon picking up the car (and this was an all day project) it really did look amazing. He had clearly gone through the steps and made a black car look new again, which is no small feat.
Honestly, the shop is clean. The owner and his wife were pleasant and honest, and they clearly take pride in the work they do and the products they provide.
In today’s world, good honest people, providing a good product is a rare thing. Brian and his crew at Ziebart are a welcome addition to Spokane. I will be back!

They got me in that same day an hour later. Brian was very helpful, with a critical and attentive eye for detailing the scratch on the hood of my car. I had just had the exterior done in Tacoma, to what I thought they had done a good job on my Toyota, but with the terrible paint jobs Toyota does, he was able to point out where the last place I went fell short. Since my recent last detailing a month ago, someone set a box on my hood and scratched it all the way across. He personally worked on my car and showed/​explained what he was looking at to compare workmanship. He fixed my princess. My baby came out of there shiny, sparkling, and corrected for as much as one possibly could of the scratch someone put across my hood. He also honestly gave what he recommended for the full body down the road, a bit expensive, but in the long run the diamond finish will be something I’ll be looking at getting once I’m finished with grad school in a few years. I’ll be back for sure! Highly recommend this locally owned detailing shop. Might even get the window tinting re done down the road too… watched them work on another vehicle getting tinted while I waited for mine. I had just got back from a trip to the lake, so he washed and had it cleaned afterwards too. For the hood and trunk top to be buffed and shined, and under 2 hours from walking in the door to driving away, it was only 75+tax. He also said he’d give me a discount for when or if I came back to get the whole exterior done since I only got the hood and trunk done. Will be totally worth it!

Very impressed with the level of attention, assistance, and service at Ziebart. Had a tint on my Subaru wagon and it turned out great. I was even a bit of a difficult customer and Brian handled my questions/​concerns and several emails with stride. The shop is extremely clean and well-​run and Brian stands behind all work done on the premise. Highly recommended.

I’ve not experienced this level of customer service in a long time. We bought a used vehicle for our son for his graduation, which needed a few repairs beyond the typical detail work, and Brian went way beyond our expectations. He even coordinated an oil change, even though his shop does not perform them. Thank you!

I wanted my car detailed before trading it in for a new one. Brian was very friendly & welcoming, the shop was impeccably clean, & my car looked like a new car when they were finished! These guys offer A+ service. Very nice shop and quick turn around time. Not only do I let them customize my car, but I also send friends, family, and clients there. Great prices and tons of different options for customization.

Took my 2005 Toyota in to have the headlights buffed out. I was amazed at how they turned out. I can see at night again! the best part is they put a protective skin like on your cell phone that adds UV protection so the lens don’t break down and get yellow and haze up again. The price is so reasonable it isn’t worth doing it yourself. Brian is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I took my car in to have the exterior detailed, and was very impressed with Ziebart overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, the shop was clean and professional, and I was very satisfied with the work. Needless to say my car needed some work, and they were able to work around my schedule, even able to drop me off and pick me up from where I needed to be. I believe they offer that service to any place within a 5-​mile radius. Overall I was very satisfied with the work Brian and his guys did, and I would highly recommend my friends in the area to take their cars here.

Very satisfied with my Ziebart experience. I called in the morning and Brian got me in the same day for a full tint and detail on my Audi S5. They even offered to keep my car until morning because it was raining. I would fully recommend this shop.

A friend of mine referred me to Brian at Ziebart after he had his very dirty truck cleaned there. They did a great job and my 2010 Lexus 450h looks brand new. He worked on some of the scratches that were pretty deep and they are barely visible.
