I found office staff to be unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. My rental required a lot of repairs/​maintenance during my lease, and each interaction with office staff was unpleasant. The rental was not move-​in ready when I signed the lease and picked up the keys, and some promised repairs were never finished. My lease stippulated that the carpets had been cleaned before I moved in and that I would be required to pay for the carpets to be cleaned after move-​out. However, the carpets were not cleaned before my move-​in (lots of pet stains/​odors and indentations in the carpet from previous furniture) and yet I was still charged for carpet cleaning. Avoid doing business with Windermere if you can!
