Description

Specialties

This Wandering Table features small plates using a variety of techniques from around the globe. We have an insatiable appetite for cooking and creating food. We love what we do and is something we enjoy sharing with other people. This is our restaurant. This is our way of cooking what we want to cook. This is how we share the food we love to eat.

This is a chance to taste a meal prepared from the seasons. There is a reason that all great chefs of the world use seasonal, local ingredients. Where else can you gather more inspiration? A tomato still warm from the sun, from the farmer you work with, or from a day of foraging wild mushrooms. There is in inherent appreciation of great products that makes my job so much better. I go out of my way to seek the best products and to honor those who grew them by doing my best at serving them to people in way that makes food memorable. This is how we create great experiences, traditions, and communities.

Established in 2014.

Business Owner

I grew up in the Inland Northwest and started as a dishwasher at then moved up the line and eventually learned all positions throughout the restaurant. This was the start of my insatiable appetite. Graduated from Inland Northwest Culinary Academy and earned another degree from the Art Institute of Seattle.

Went on to work for the Space Needle, Black Rock Corporation, Brix Restaurant, Beacon Pub and Coeur d’ Alene casino. created a nomadic dining experience called the Wandering Table which has now become a brick and mortar restaurant. Along with Wandering Table, I also run a modern diner called Yards Bruncheon and a quick café in Liberty Lake called Eat Good. Both have been really great creative outlets for me and has gotten people from the area excited about food. I have always been driven to improve on things I am doing and keep pushing forward. I want to make a difference and help be a part of the culture in our area.
