U District Is 5 Stars All The Way Am(unfortunately) working through my second injury and now post-operation with U District. I am so grateful for their amazing professionalism, use of modern tools and technology, and commitment to performance. If anyone is ever skeptical of the results of physical therapy post-injury or post-operation, they obviously haven’t worked with U District. Also important to make use of are their wellness exams and programs. We all have bad habits and old injuries that leave our performance and long-term health less than optimal. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants their body to function as well as possible — no matter where you are starting. Not just for athletes!

It is a great feeling when you walk through the front doors of U-District. Everyone that works there and even the other customers are so warm and friendly. It is just a great environment to be in. They are also a huge contributor to our Spokane community and our youth. Such a quality team!

The amount of energy found at U-District is unmatched! From the pleasant attitudes of the front desk ladies to the positive reinforcement you receive from the trainers, you will leave U-District each day a feeling better and a little happier then when you arrived. My daughter and I have been training now for 3 years. I train 4 days a week and have a hour drive to and from. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff is deserving of the 5 star rating.

I just recently graduated from Physical Therapy a few weeks ago and I got an awesome free shirt. Aaryn was my PT and she and the staff were wonderful. Because I had out of state insurance, I expected the process to be a hassle, but surprisingly it went by smoothly than it did when I’m actually INSTATE. The location is right across of Gonzaga University, so a lot of the patients and interns at the clinic are athletes/students from the school. I just love that the staff is helpful and although my condition wasn’t severe as many others, I was still treated the same. We did exercises and my PT was always checking in to see if I was feeling good. Aaryn was funny and really took the time to get to know you and feel at ease. Now, no one likes doing all these exercises, sometimes it hurt — but you gotta push yourself and they always check to see if you were doing good and if it hurts. The BEST part of going to PT was getting the heat pack and electric stimulation for my back at the end of every appointment. It feels so damn good. My only complaint is the privacy. Privacy, meaning that I’ve never been to PT, so I’m assuming you do a lot of the exercise in front of everyone, but sometimes that could be a little embarrassing, I wish there were a more bigger space to have my space to do them. I would do it and have almost everyone look at you, but maybe it’s just me! lol. Stick through it – once you’re done, you get a cool shirt! ;)
