Really awesome customer service. I forgot to pick up my tuxedo for the wedding next day so I ended up calling the owner after hours and he actually agreed to talk To one of his managers to open up the place for me and give me my tuxedo. When the manager met me there he made sure that everything fits me well even though it was way past their working hours. Really appreciate their understanding.

I had to deal with these people after my friends wedding. They charged me $ 60.00 to replace a vest that was allegedly ruined at the wedding.
I don’t think it happened at the wedding, but they swore they go over every tux before it goes out. We noticed stains on a tie that another groomsmen was wearing when he tried on his tux before the wedding. So they missed that stain before it went out, but not this… Right.
I requested a picture of the damage and they sent me one via text message. Very unprofessional, very low quality. I pointed this out and they told me I had to see the damage in person to understand it. Well I live in Seattle, this was an out of town wedding I went to so I can’t.
If you have to use them make sure you check everything right there in the shop.
In the end I paid and the only reason I paid the money is because if I didn’t they would’ve charged the groom. In other words I felt like I was blackmailed.
