We are a doggie daycare, pet overnight boarding (long-​term discounts), and all breed pet grooming facility. We are clean, professional and take pride in creating a loving and comfortable environment for pets. Quality and safety is our number 1 priority. We are located on the Northside of Spokane.

History

Established in 2005.

Formerly Dog Grooming By Christina, we have recently moved and expanded our services to better meet the needs of our clients. Our groomer Christina has been an all breed groomer for over 8 years. She is the owner and operator of the Puppy Pad, and has worked as a kennel supervisor and veterinary assistant many years prior to becoming a professional groomer. Having worked on show dogs for clients in California, and top breeders in Spokane, excellent service and grooming is what you will get.

Recently had my Yorkies groomed at The Puppy Pad. This is possibly the best «haircut» they’ve ever had. My husband was also impressed with the large selection of high quality food and treats as well. We will definitely be having our dogs groomed here again!

Puppy pad was recommended to me by my grandmother. My new favorite place to board my pup. Appreciate that they have pick up and delivery on Sunday’s unlike everyone else. It works well with my work schedule. Also thanks for the last minute appointment on grooming last week. That was very nice of you guys. Will return.

Love this place! Been bringing my pooches to Kristina for years and her and her staff do a great job making my yorkies look beautiful. Her prices are reasonable and being that I fine from out of town its nice to know my pups can hang while I get my shopping done. Would definitely recommend!

We have taken our dogs here more times than I can count for grooming as well as short and long term pet boarding. Out of all of the places we’ve taken our dogs, they are the happiest at the Puppy Pad. They Puppy Pad has been so accommodating. I’ve never been disappointed with their grooming. We have a German Shorthair and a Shih Tzu Maltese mix. I’m not going to go so far as to say our dogs love it here (is no doubt they still have some anxiety) but they are happier than I ever guessed they could be when it comes to being dropped off for boarding and grooming.

I boarded my dog here for 6 days during Christmas time. They informed me that there was no day care on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day or on weekends. This concerned me because my dog is very social and I had concerns of her getting lonely, she isn’t by herself much. They told me they would pair her up with another same size/​temperament dog when they let her out for exercise or cleaning. I felt better about leaving her there. They also offered to groom her on pickup day and I agreed, she looks beautiful and is so soft. One of the best haircuts ever! Since she’s been home she’s acting normal, no new acquired bad habits so far. Price was reasonable too. I will bring her here again.

This place is great. I used to take my pit mix in for daycare several days per month. Christina and her staff seem to genuinely care for dogs and provide a fun, safe environment for high energy pooches like mine. The rates are the best I’ve seen and more than a bargain for the quality for care. Highly recommended.

I can’t believe the Puppy Pad has no reviews! BEST pet grooming/​boarding in Spokane. Hands down. I found this place after a year and ½ of bad experiences with groomers in town. As someone who treats my dog like my child, believe me when I say they’re the best.
The pricing is excellent, Christine and Haylah are such wonderful people, and are great with my goldendoodle. I boarded him here a few times as well, and you won’t find a better/​more reasonably priced place in town to leave your dog.
