Went in to have a large picture framed. I was told that I was to drop the picture off and they would decide which frame and mat was best for it. I asked how much she said we can’t give quotes. I asked if I picked out the frame and gave her the dimensions could she give me a price estimate. She said no because it would depend on the frame. I told her I could pick out the frame. I was told that they are the designers and they will pick the best frame. I give her a price point she will do her best to be close. Now I’m open to all suggestions, but shouldn’t I get to pick my own frame? I thanked her and left. Won’t be back, but I will pick out what want somewhere else.
