We are a rental community of 35

homes on a private dead end drive one mile south of I-​90 on

the Pullman-​Colfax highway (highway 195). We are a bit of country only a

six minute drive from downtown. Each beautiful home has full size washer

and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and microwave as well as

ceiling fans in the front room and master bedroom. We pay water, sewer

and garbage. Our homes also offer central gas heat which is very

energy efficient. A breathtaking creek runs along the west side that provides plenty of

wildlife such as turkeys, ducks, geese and birds of all kinds. Deer and

an occasional moose are also seen here. To enjoy the view there is a deck off the master and a two car garagette (has a remote access garage door, roof, but is open on two sides) that holds two cars end to end. We also have a remote and keypad controlled security gate that closes at 9 in the evening and opens at 6 in the morning.
