Save yourself a major headache. Installation and monitoring (including nifty online option) worked great. Until it’s time for Customer Service… then it’s big trouble. Try to actually cancel your service and it’s miles of phone transfers and holds, jump through multiple hoops… and oh, yeah there’s a big penalty you didn’t notice in the contract. BUT they will graciously allow you to keep the expensive installed equipment you purchased (over $ 1,500).

Do not under any circumstances choose ADT for your home or business security system. Any issues you have are routed to people in Texas that have no ability to deal with concerns or issues.
