I ordered some sympathy flowers for a friend’s mom. I am not from the area and needed/​wanted to get flowers delivered the same day so didn’t spend too much time researching for florists (nor did I have the time). I specified I wanted to spend about $ 35 for a nice bouquet. When my friend texted me a picture of the bouquet I was embarrassed. It consisted of three white daisies, three irises, a few mums and a few carnations! Yes, it came in a vase and a bow but I felt like I would/​could have gotten a nicer, more substantial bouquet for $ 35 from another florist. So shame on me for not doing more research but shame on the florist for skimping on the flowers. My $ 35 would have gone a lot further even from Safeway.

Yet to have the product delivered, which means I probably shouldn’t rate them yet. But phone «attitude» could be improved. I was met with an impatient sounding individual who could not handle the speed at which I spelled a name. «
Update. Product delivered late, only after I called and reminded them at 2:45 that she had not received her flowers yet. Again, after speaking only my GF’s name she rudely interrupted with «HOLD ON, HOLD ON». She them blamed me for them being late, saying that I did not specify a delivery time. She specified a delivery time prior to 1:00 on our previous conversation.
In a flower business, where literally everyone is the same, go with customer service. This place is sorely lacking.
