Copper Hill Apartments

I’ve lived at Copperhill for 3 years. I turned in my keys yesterday. My exit was very caring and complementary. The head of maintenance, who I have admired not only as a worker but as a father, was very thankful for my being a tenant at Copperhill. I have always been treated with great respect from the staff at Copperhill. I believe that in life, we receive what we give.
Although I was very busy most of the time, I took time to wave to neighbors, have conversations with some, or even checked in on the health of their families. To me this is what a community is all about. We give what we want to receive.
In any apartment complex there will always be children playing, neighbors fighting, garbage that was not carefully put away. I chose not to sit back and complain. What I have done at times was to ask questions, make sure that things were okay, or sometimes picking up that piece of garbage that flew in front of my door. No blame, no fault. This is life, stuff happens, it’s what we do with the stuff that happens that creates the community.
I would like to thank everyone at Copperhill Apartment’s. The last three years have shown me who I am as a citizen.
If you’re looking for a place where you can make a difference by being a great neighbor, then Copperhill is a place for you. If you’re the type of person who enjoy watching kids as they grow, maybe introducing them to a new game, or even helping them solve a dispute, then this is a place for you. If you would like big open spaces to live in that are new, then this is a place for you. If you know that in life there will always be negatives and positives, then this is the place for you.

stopped by for information about the complex. In the office was the rental agent, her husband and 2 kids.. I did not know if they were tanants or what. Talked to agent and was confused because onn the phone i was told there were specials for move ins. Only special was that could put down a 25% deposit while waiting for an apartment or reserving an apartment. I really had no clue what she was saying. I have never gone to a rental that calls my employer to get my exact income. Normally one can show a paycheck and they call just to verify employment. When i left the complex I heard kids being really loud, running in front of cars, throwing garbage or whatever they were throwing at each other. I saw a maintenance person on a card and tried to flag her to ask her questions. i said I smiled and said hi and said i wanted to ask a question. She looked at me and looked annoyed and then kept driving and almost hit a kid on a scoreboard. She did not even stop for the kid. I will not be moving there

I would really like living here if it weren’t for the obnoxious kids making noise at all hours of the day. I can’t drive through the parking lot without almost hitting one. I have never seen such poor parenting and poor management anywhere i have lived. I even picked up two cigarette lighters off the lawn next to their toys. Those kids probably would have burned down a building if i hadn’t found them first! Management sends out notices threatening to evict them for throwing rocks or make them only play on the playground but they really have no teeth so nothing is ever really done. The units themselves are really nice but the noise level is so bad that I won’t renew my lease unless they get the kid situation under control.
If you really want to know what this place is like check out the «not recommended» reviews, they’re all true but copper hill is probably paying someone off to not recommend them.

We have loved living here at Copper Hill! We didn’t want to live close to down town, so this place for the bill. Grounds are clean, management is great. Close to some great hiking spots and a Target is opening up right next door. We have lived at our fair share of apartment complexes and this one is by far our favorite.

Nice large units, great staff very helpful and friendly.
Maintenance guys are the best. Pet friendly and they provide ## bags and
disposable units thru out.
Con: Smoking is allowed in units
Landscape not finished so I cannot give 5 stars

The apartments are nice but the communication from management could be better. We had problems with the dryer, people parking in our paid spots, and miscommunication about the cleaning fee. The maintenance staff is very nice and updated us on issues well. Overall, the apartment and area is nice and fairly quiet. The management is very friendly overall but they just need to get better at communicating effectively so that residents get accurate and timely updates about issues.

First of all these apartments are brand new! Great looking apartments with modern appliances. You can’t get anything better than that for the price. So glad we found these apartments. Plus the management is great! They are friendly and know what they are doing. Overall, great apartments.
