I called and asked about an abandoned vehicle behind my apartment complex. The gentleman on the phone gave me clear details about what they could tow away. He said he would send a tow truck in about thirty minutes. Ten minutes later, the truck was there and ready to take the abandoned vehicle. The truck driver was friendly and professional, and took care of the car right away. I am extremely pleased with this company, their employees, and the service.

My car broke down, and I called B & B based partially on their one (only) good Unilocal review. They gave me a reasonable quote and said they would be there in 30 minutes. The truck arrived right on time. The driver, Devin, was very courteous and efficient. He was super conscientious about hooking up the car, making sure that nothing was damaged.
The drive was uneventful, right to my door, right on time, and the actual price was bang-​on with the quote.
I would hire B & B again for my towing needs.

Called on a Friday at 7:30 pm because I was stuck in the mud. Customer phone service was excellent, truck arrived within 20 minutes, and the man who pulled me out was friendly, calm and helped me to feel better about a tense situation. He seemed to know exactly what to do and got me out in less than 2 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would call them again should the need arise, although I hope it doesn’t :^)
