Solid greasy Mexican food, was hoping the burritos were a little bigger but they still satisfy.

I love this specific Atilano’s! The service and food quality are much higher than the other two in Spokane. My wife and I always get a Washington burrito, and it’s amazing. Kids quesadilla feeds are little one for multiple meals. Also, their LENGUA torta is absolutely awesome. I have yet to find a better LENGUA torta in Spokane.

This place is awesome. It’s hard to find good Mexican food in Spokane, but this place is fantastic. I usually call in my order and pick it up, the staff is so polite, has great customer service, and is cheap(my usual entrée is $ 7.00). I order the carne asada tacos(YUM) and sometimes a churro or fried ice cream. They’re so amazing. I’m sure their other items are good, but this is my go-to when I come here for dinner. If you like Mexican food and want something a little more authentic than some other restaurants, this is the place to go!

So I got the wrong order but I didn’t care because it was so freaking good!!! I ordered a fajitas steak burrito but got a breakfast egg steak and potato burrito. And I hate eggs. I will be back for sure!!!

A bit slow, but the food was amazing. Huge portions, low prices, very good. Would return

Ate there last night — had read a good review in the paper and decided to try it as it is close by. My usual order when trying a new Mexican place is to order an enchilada. Had the beef and also a cheese enchilada. requested flour tortilla instead of corn and after checking with the cook they did this. The beef one was a surprise — good meat with sauted onions and peppers and tomatoes– and it was delicious. The cheese one was a disappointment — the cheese was not melted at all. The sauces offered on the bar are many — and the ones we chose were very spicy. The utensils are very cheap and thin plastic — my daughter had 3 forks break on her — so I would suggest you bring your own silverware, unless they purchase better ones. The music was very loud — not background. I am not sure I will return — may give it another try since it is close to my home, then again I may not.

I love atilano’s. This is my favorite cheap, lunch joint. I always get a giant carnitas burrito, which can feed me for at least two meals, with tax it comes to $ 5.05. This is a burrito that will make your life better. None of that cheap bean filler. This is filled with slow cooked pork(carnitas), guacamola and fresh salsa. so much good. Service has always been fast, no complaints here! I was worried this Francis location wouldn’t be as good as the downtown, but I have now eaten here at Francis 3x and have always been pleased.

If there was an option to rate zero stars, I would. Going here has been one of the worst experiences ever. First off… I tried phoning ahead of time for my order and the phone rang for 2 minutes straight but no one answered. I thought to myself they must have been slammed but when I actually arrived, there were three employees just chatting behind the counter. I asked them if their phone was ringing and they said they had heard it, but just decided to not pick it up because they were busy. Second, when me and my friend received our orders, one of our burritos had a sharp piece of plastic inside of it. My mouth was cut open after initially biting into it and when I asked for a refund they accused me of placing it there myself. They laughed and spoke in Spanish amongst themselves when I notified them. I have never in my life received such terrible customer service. I was appalled. I will say for how much food you receive, it is a great value but it lacks flavor and is very greasy. Overall, I will be taking my business elsewhere because of this. Eat at your own risk!

This is newest of the Atilanos in Spokane. It has the same menu as the others and the food quality is the same. My favorite continues to be the Washington Burrito. When you order anything plan on getting a lot of food. Portions are large which makes this a very good value.
