Established in 2006.

Alliance Short Sales has been at the forefront of Short Sale negotiation in Spokane since they began working short sale transactions in 2006. Alliance has set itself apart as an expert negotiation team, closing more short sale transactions to date than any other short sale negotiation company in Eastern Washington. Previous to founding Alliance, Matt Side was a Vice President at Bank of America and brought his lending expertise into his role at Alliance Short Sales. Matt is the founder of Alliance Short Sales and brought 7 years of banking experience with Bank of America with him when founding the company. Matt left Bank of America in late 2005 as a Vice President to open Alliance Short Sales.
