History

Established in 2015.

Two brothers joined forces in June 2015 to create 4 Degrees Real Estate with the intent to provide a premier real estate and property management service for the greater Spokane, Wa area.

Meet the Business Owner

Joel T.

Business Owner

Hard work has always been my career. After playing collegiate baseball and receiving an elementary education degree from Whitworth University, I was a teacher in the greater Seattle area. I was soon drawn to the honorable duty of enlisting as an officer in the US Army. I had the opportunity to serve my country worldwide, lead hundreds of soldiers, and assist in lasting global change. Through multiple military schools, courses and first hand learning experiences, I built upon preexisting organizational skills, responsibility, and learned the depth of true dedication and loyalty. The aspiration to begin my own career outside of the military was fueled by my brother Jordan and soon the blueprints for 4 Degrees Real Estate were drawn. Throughout this process I have met and married my supportive and wonderful wife Julie, also a Whitworth grad and veteran who served as a US Army Nurse. We have 3 children Beau, Bailey, and Benjamin, who keep us on our toes.
