I bought the $ 100 eyebrow tattoos groupon. When Stephanie drew the eyebrows on with pencil, I expressed concern that one side came up higher than the other. She told me not to worry, that it would look good in the end, so I said I would trust her. When we were done, I expressed concern again at how they looked. After the swelling went down, it was a little better but still not good. I went in for touch ups which was $ 40. I would tend to think that when you pay for a service, that you receive at least a moderately good result without having to pay more. Now it is better but I still feel the need to put make up over them. One is wider than the other. One has more curve than the other. And one ends lower than the other. I have asked friends to honestly tell me if I am being too picky. I wish I was. But I’m not. Before this, I basically had no eyebrows. But now, if I don’t have makeup on, I have goofy eyebrows. I’m not sure which is worse. I waited to give any feedback in hopes that my opinion would change. I really hoped this would not be the outcome. When asked if I liked my eyebrows now, I gave a long explanation of why I feel it is more than just a minor difference, trying very hard to be fair and reasonable, but ultimately saying that no I don’t love them, Stephanie replied with a text, saying «apparently you have no respect for me as a professional, I think it would be best to find someone else to accommodate you». I really don’t know what I could have done differently to be more reasonable. I hate posting this publicly but I wish I had known this before I went.

Stephanie is the owner and sole operator at her pleasantly petite salon in the Valley. She thoroughly answered any questions I had regarding the permanent makeup application over the phone and followed up with promptly sending pictures to me of her work as I requested. Stephanie was able to schedule my appointment quickly and was welcoming and accommodating when I arrived. She was professional and personal. I had my eyebrows and eyeliner done and she did exactly as I asked. She is precise and artistic. I will recommend her to anyone interested in permanent makeup.
