Schlotzsky’s

Had the «medium» size pastrami and swiss on rye bread with a medium drink, and it came to 11.00 dollars. It tasted pretty good; it WAS the taste I was craving, but it was only not very generous on the meat or cheese. The bread was good…
At $ 11.00, I guess I just expected more. It seemed to me like a place calculated to charge you the absolute most they could get and give you least in return. Kind of sad, when all they would have to do to cultivate loyal customers is add an ounce of meat and maybe another slice of cheese. Good food, stingy portions. PS ‘medium’ is the largest size.

Wow. I love this place. My sandwich was the daily special. The turkey bacon club has become my standby. And it made it to my seat before I got back from filling my soda cup. That’s service. They are always so friendly. And the sandwiches are always so fresh and the bread is amazing. Oh and I love the pickle they always give with it. Great appetizer or accent as you eat.

Horribly SLOW service and the sandwiches have soooo little meat it’s ridiculous!

TERRIBLE, worst service ever. Half of my family’s food was frozen, we reported to the manager he didn’t care. And the food taste like chemicals. If you go there just get chips and a drink. Very disappointed

I had a pretty simple take out order…
BBQ chic pizza
Kids cheese pizza
Garden salad
2 waters
Slice choc cake.
I order it on the phone, the girl was nice enough. At the end of the conversation she asked me when I would like my order. I said «As soon as possible please». Then she says, «well I guess we will get that ready for you then.» I thought that was odd… moving on…
So I get there 10 minutes later and they haven’t even started it yet. The dining room had 3 tables eating and no one in line. The first kid who greeted me was so confused at the register he couldn’t figure out my order. See above… simple.
He goes to get a girl to help me… at least she knew how to finish a transaction. I didn’t see anyone there over the age of 17. They were confused!
They pack my waters and cake in a thin paper bag. It rips in half on my way to the car. I I manage to save all the other food. By now I was pissed.
I get home and I’m starving! I open my salad. It was Rotten. See pic above. So now I have no dinner… My cake was on the ground and I’m $ 30 poorer. Sure wish I didn’t tip. This experience was awful. Won’t be back.

Bread was dry, avocado hard, horrible service.

The cashier Kim is awesome. They have 2 for 1 pizza deals some days which are awesome too. The sandwich maker did put stuff on my pizza I requested not to be put on so that’s why I give it 4 stars.
