History

Established in 2011.

Our 1st location is Coeur d’Alene Pet Resort and doggie daycare and was established in September 2007. We absolutely love this business. Dogs are the best and the first quality we look for in an employee is they must love pets and enjoy what they do. It make a great combination. And Life is good in our little Paradise!

Wow! What a great place! I live in Seattle and needed a place for my 2 pups (chihuahuas) to stay when I visited Spokane. I found paradise online and made a reservation. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were very nice! I was nervous and they gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. My dogs were so excited to be there, they forgot all about me! When I picked them up, the had just gotten groomed!!! So clean! Overall, I could not be happier with my experience! When visiting Spokane, I will definite return to paradise pet resort!

I have had my 7 yr old Border Collie here for both daycare and boarding. The staff and owner are very easy to work with. And each time my dog is super excited to get with the other dogs.

my mom in law boarders her older dog here all the time and has had not one issue with them. they always treat her great. im going to board my older dog there soon and after i do i will give a more detailed review

We went here today to check it out & were totally disgusted! There were 8 – 10 cats in a room full of cages with their doors open. There were 2 smaller litter boxes on the floor that were overflowing with poop. In fact, they were so full the cats were pooping on the floor next to the litter boxes. One of the cat «trees» had dried poop on one of the perch levels — how long had that been there? The checklist on the door was last initialed on March 2nd for the cleaning having been done. The whole building stunk!

This is an amazing place for your pets!!! The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They even have amazing private, themed rooms for the dogs. Wow, wow, wow.

I would caution about boarding an older dog here. This is a great place for younger dogs to interact with each other. If you have special needs it is not the best. After multiple phone calls and inquiries about our old dog being boarded with special needs and medications we were told it would be no problem. One day after we started an out of state vacation they called our emergency contact and had our dog removed stating that they couldn’t take care of him. They did not call us to discuss anything. And we’re very vague when we inquired as to what happened. A short stay might be fine for some but I will not board my dogs here again.
