We had A&M install a furnace at our rental home two years ago and have since then sunk hundreds of dollars into repairs and service calls through them and the furnace still has issues.
Their customer service is not top notch, whenever I call the person on the other end seems annoyed that I’m bothering them. That strikes me as ridiculous when you’re in a service and repair industry.
We have since moved on to another company for any repairs and maintenance that needs to be done on the furnace and are much happier because of it.
