HI/​Lo Appliance is a discount home appliance store. We specialize in built-​in refrigerators. We also sell other highend appliances as we can find them, including ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, ice machines, compactors, warming drawers, hoods, etc. These appliances typically come from scratch n dent sources as well as service swap out units that we repair in house and resell. we refurbish used appliances that warrant it. We have a strong used built-​in refrigerator demand. we have a strong reputation of taking good care of our customers with warranties and service. We do some outside service in the western Travis county area as well. We offer delivery and installation of all that we sell. We sell and ship nationwide all of our appliances too. We are members of the Better Business Bureau in good standing. We are also 100% ebayers.

History

Established in 2000.

After working for a used appliance business for 7 years I decided to start my own. I moved from the apartment grade appliance business to the higher end of the spectrum. But I still followed the angle of refurbishing and recycling of appliances. Using contacts i had for years in the business i began a campaign to find as much of the HighEnd appliances, in the discount realm, that I could find. We started small but the business doubled several years in a row. After running the business from my personal property for 8 years it grew to the point that i needed a larger warehouse from which to operate. So I moved to a hwy frontage location out in the Spicewood area near my home. Then after the market collapse I downsized back to the old workshop at my property and continue to run from there to this day.
