Family owned, we were founded by Phillip «Gene» Johnson, Sr. and Phil Johnson, Jr. Phil’s 3 children have always been involved in the business but now they all work full time at the funeral home and monument company. Wendy, Brandon, and Scott have followed in a proud legacy and they feel honored to serve our community.

Business Owner

Phil was born and grew up in Tulsa and the surrounding communities. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors Degree in Funeral Science. He served in the US Army for many years where he earned a Masters in Guidance and Counseling and a Masters in Hospital Administration. He is a second generation funeral director and comes from a very service oriented background. He is very personable and humorous. A family’s needs and wishes are always the most important for him and once you have met him, you are part of his family.
