History

Established in 2012.

Touched By The Sun Pools was founded in early 2012 and is the collaboration of a few local pool professionals that were growing tired of where their previous pool careers were headed working for other local pool companies that were on their way to certain failure due to very poor business practices. We combined our skills and talents to create Rochester’s favorite swimming pool service company Touched By The Sun Pools. Our company focus is built on four very basic yet incredibly important pillars which are to provide an exceptional level of customer service that is so rarely found in the pool industry, offer our products and services at the absolute best possible price, create long lasting value for our customers, and execute every part of our operations at unquestionably the highest possible level of quality. It is our goal, with every single job or sale, to leave our customers with a memory that we are the best swimming pool company that they have ever done business with.

Jeremy is the heart beat of Touched By The Sun Pools providing a truly exceptional overall customer experience from the very moment we first meet. He specializes in all functions of the business and is a true swimming pool professional in every sense of the term. He has created, developed, implemented, and executed all aspects of the day to day operations including marketing, advertising, invoicing, pricing, customer experience and much more on the business side of things. More so though, he is excellent at diagnosing and repairing issues with water chemistry, plumbing, electrical, and anything related to your pool. Jeremy has also developed a wonderful rapport with both our growing customer base and our suppliers across the country assuring that, if there are ever any issues with anything, they are taken care of swiftly. He has also attended numerous classes geared towards constantly growing his knowledge of the industry as a whole to service your pool at the highest possible level.
