River Run Apartments

My wife and I moved here with high expectations. The saying goes you get what you pay for but its not true here. We signed a lease in January and were given an apt on the backside of the property. What we weren’t told is they were about to start construction directly behind us. The patio we had is now covered in dust from red clay and our view is obstructed by a keep out fence within arms reach of our banister. Our apt no matter how often we clean remains dusty from the construction. The crews we were notified in a letter post construction beginning would begin work no earlier than 630 am. Not true again. On several occasions they have been working on or before 5 am. That’s not very conducive to sleep for myself, my wife (who works third shift), or my two year old son. When I called the apt manager acted shocked and said she would address it but it has occurred again since our conversation. Her solution was an apt transfer at my expense of course. The grounds are not kept up very well and the pool is usually cloudy and full of leaves and debris. The staff here seems uncaring and unhelpful and my high expectations for this place have been completely let down. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone it is overpriced for what you get and the staff is subpar.
