Food is always fresh but service is either hit or miss. Today it was a big miss!!! I understand you have a new waitress but you really need to do a better job training them. Waited 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were there & they weren’t busy. Placed our order never brought our drinks!!! Got the food before we got our drinks!!! And to let you know they weren’t busy the gentleman that works there actually sat with a customer & carried on a conservation! While my drink was empty & so was my lunch companion. Never saw the new girl after we finally got our drinks. I know being new isn’t easy but if you are shy then maybe being a waitress isn’t for you.

This place is a delight. The CCB wrap is delish & the portion sizes are reasonable. The strawberry sweet tea is a must try!

I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times, twice in the last week. This place is located in a strip mall between a burger joint and a Little Ceasars and doesn’t quite stand out. However, as good as the sandwiches and service are, ICCB definitely deserves its own little standalone shop. I had the club on white one day and the smoked ham on a croissant another… deliciousness! The southern sweet tea is perfection and the variety of desserts and ice cream will satisfy your sweet tooth. Plates are always crumb free before folks head out. This is a ’boutique’ type of restaurant that seems to have a female– friendly atmosphere. Guys, if you aren’t intimidated when you walk in — try the food. Pretty darn good according my husband and my male colleagues. Cheers!

This restaurant is by far the most consistent and delicious place in Spartanburg. They have perfect size lunches, great homemade desserts and strawberry tea that you will eventually start to buy by the gallon. Have the 3 cheese grilled on wheat, strawberry tea and derby pie. You can thank me later:)
