Harris & Graves, P.A. was founded in 1977 by South Carolina attorneys who wanted to provide legal assistance to injured victims throughout the state.

Meet the Business Owner

Mitch W.

Business Owner

Mitchell J. Williams is a native South Carolinian from Anderson, SC.

Mitch represents injured victims in automobile accident, products liability, premises liability, and civil liability cases.

He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina, the District Court of South Carolina, and the U.S. District Court.

After graduating from Clemson University, he received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina.

He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. His affiliations include the South Carolina Association for Justice, Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers Compensation, American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.

Mitch volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America at both the Troop and Council levels. He previously served as Scoutmaster of Troop 224 in Blythewood for 5 ½ years. He is the current Mock Trial Advisor to Spring Valley High School.
