Dave Edwards Toyota

This is excellent. I never used to write a comment but Dave Edwards deserves it. I bought a car T Corolla in last November 2015. It was awesome purchase and the service is very good. I had a small disappointment in finance but I bought a new car at cheap price. I would recommend to go this showroom if you planning for new Car. Better than any Greenville showroom Prize. Kudos to Dave Edwards. I am fully satisfied with the purchase.

Visited them a week ago and they gave us a good price on a Tacoma 4 cyl, 5 speed manual with access cab and SR5 package. Son thought we could do better and also, on the last day of the month as well (Sunday when they were closed). No other dealership could meet or beat their price so decided to wait until later in December when maybe dealerships would be more hungry.
Got a call this morning from our salesman John with an even better offer which we just couldn’t refuse. 2 ½ hrs later, we were totally through the process and tomorrow we pick up our new truck.
The whole thing from start to finish was a good experience and everyone we worked with was honest, genuine, and not the typical auto sales staff I always brace myself for. Yes, they were there to sell us something but we were there to buy too. We knew exactly what we wanted, the price we could afford, and the color and package we wanted. The extended warranty prices were off the charts so we didn’t buy one but everything else was a good deal.
We always go here first as our «warm up» dealership but this time they really wanted our business and made it a delightful experience while getting it. For sure, we’ll use them again. They just made the deal too good to walk away from! What more can you ask for?

My husband and I went to Dave Edwards Toyota today to test drive the new RAV4. The sales person was pushy and RUDE! He treated me as if I was a silly little female. For example when I asked if the vanity mirror had a light he said, «You’re not going to put on makeup while you drive are you?!?» Then when I asked if the backup camera has different angles (like the CRV) he LAUGHED and said, «No it doesn’t have different angles» like that was the most ridiculous thing he’d ever heard.
Then at the end they had to have a manger come out and tell us that he could give us $ 500 more off the offer if we bought TODAY and TODAY only, although we’d told them repeatedly that we were only test driving today. Felt like I was at a time share presentation! We will NOT be returning to this dealership for any reason.

I bought a new Prius from DE after having been to another dealership. They made the entire process so easy for my wife and me. I will continue to use them for service and the purchase of my next vehicle. Great staff from management to salesman to finance.
