Carolina Traditions

I bought my wedding dress from Carolina Traditions in 2002 and I had a mixed experience. I bought my brides maid dresses from another shop and compared the two to form my opinion:
The Goods:
They do have a very large selection of gowns and even non-​traditional wedding gowns. They have great dressing rooms, very large and plenty of room to work in without feeling cramped or having to walk out into a public place if you aren’t comfortable doing so. The prices are very economical.
The Downs:
I wasn’t impressed with their customer service. Especially in the wedding department I would have expected a little more attention and service. It wasn’t bad, per se but I just felt as though when I came in for alterations and fittings that I was rushed and wasn’t really being focused on as I should.
Overall, I would purchase from them again and they would be one of my first stops.
