Poust did a wonderful job for me! I moved into a new house a few weeks ago and the circuit board went bad in the furnace. I spoke to Toni in the office and explained I was nervous. As a single woman did not want to be taken advantage of. She assured me I would be taken care of. Mike came over and explained clearly what went wrong. He was patient with my questions and showed me everything that needed fixing.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company (especially Mike)

Called for a furnace cleaning. Was looking for a new company to take over all our HVAC needs. Cleaning is a good way to feel a new guy out cause it doesn’t break the bank. I wanted to like the company cause a family member recommended them. I called for an appointment and was scheduled. Took the morning off to allow them to come. Three hours later no one came and no one called. Only upon me calling them did I learn that someone messed up and they never scheduled it. Within a half hour someone came speeding in my driveway. Although I’m not happy now, i understand it does sometimes happen.
I gave them one star because the tech carried himself professionally and the office fixed the scheduling problem right away. That’s we’re it stops. My furnace was installed to code. The tech proceeded to do his cleaning, so I thought. He did replace the at best twenty dollars in parts that a cleaning requires, and cleaned up the area around the outside of the furnace. What he did not do was finish the job. Most people would not ever look in their furnace. I’m not most people. I have gone to extensive lengths to make sure the furnace stays clean. The inside of the pump box was left untouched. He cleaned the crud off the parts required and left the garbage all over the inside. We are talking about a half inch of furnace crud literally covering every inch of the relatively new unit, electronics and all. Upon further investigation he also did not clean the same from the access ports. Now back to the code part. Our furnace was installed to code and part of that is the screws that hold the exhaust piping together. He failed to reinstall over 9 of these screws leaving the pipe loose and potentially dangerous, but most importantly not within the installation code that it was once installed to. Last thing I want is another tech coming over to redo the simple job that should have been done right the first time, so I dealt with this problem.
I have no problem paying over 200 for a cleaning that uses maybe 20 dollars in parts, but I expect the job done correctly, cleanly, and professionally. They failed to do this so I will not be calling them again. It’s a real shame.
