I had a 9 AM appointment. They were not open when I arrived at 9 AM. Yes — it snowed in the morning, but it wasn’t a blizzard. An inch or two. The woman (Annette) I had scheduled my appointment with showed up 45 minutes LATE and didn’t even apologize. I was lucky because another woman helped me and completed my taxes for me. She was very helpful.
i would have given them an average rating. In fact, I did give them an average rating when H&R block sent me a survey. However, I was told my review was denied — most likely because it wasn’t a glowing review and used names. So now I quite skeptical to return to H&R Block since they don’t really want to hear anything negative or want to allow me to post anything partially negative.

I wasted an hour of my life dealing with «accountants» that probably didnt graduate from high school. I went there to get an extension on my taxes and ended up leaving with a peice of paper that meant nothing. The young lady who helped me out was super nice but literally had ZERO idea of what she was doing. I completly understand if you dont know every detail however when your an accountant you should not need to google a step by step process on how to extend taxes. I ended up leaving, went home and did them myself. Unless you feel like wasting hours of your life… DO NOT GO HERE!
