Christmas week — shop closed — employees home on vacation. Our refrigerator went out while visiting family in Reno — on our way through to Death Valley. Despite the fact that the shop was closed — Bill and Phillip came into work to help us… met us at our RV — after Bill did a good amount of testing working with the mfg of the refrig they were able to find the problem — fixed it and we were on our way! There is no amount of money that pays for this type of customer service — it only comes from people who are dedicated to caring and responding! What a rarity! And much appreciated! They went above and beyond! Thank you Ultimate RV Service.

Experienced a problem with the heating system in my motor home. Found out the parts were no longer available. Called Ultimate and spoke with Bill the owner. He took my information and ordered replacement part. When the part came in it was obvious that it was not going tie in with the existing system. Philipe the service manager said not to worry. He gutted the original part and place the new part into the original case and it came together like a dream.
Outstanding creative solution to an ugly situation. A big shout out to Bill and Philipe at Ultimate RV.

Phillip is great! He troubleshooted with me over the phone. It looked like it was a converter. With my family vacation 1day away, he told me he would get it done. In the end I dropped it off in the morning, and within a couple hours they tracked down a short. Not only do I appreciate their honesty and integrity, I will be letting all of my clients at Gardella Allstate know where they should have all their servicing performed. Thank you for making our 5th wheel more than a glorified tent for our vacation. With lights and water the wife will join the boys this weekend. Cheers!

I don’t know much about repairing RV’s, but I know about customer service and these guys get a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10 for customer care. Superb!!!
The RVis still experiencing problems outside of their area of specialization so they brought in another tech and are now arranging to have the rig towed to another place.
The whole attitude is taking care of us, a customer they had never seen before and we are not local. If only more businesses did business like this. They make me feel good in a feel bad time.

This time I had a repair that needed to be done that was not «by-​the-​numbers», remove and replace, but required ingenuity and creativity. It was a leak in the back of the shower valve between the wall of my toilet/​shower and the kitchen. There was no access to the leaking fitting but the master craftsman repairman assigned to deal with it made an access panel in a cupboard and cut away part of the kitchen wall that was at the side of the refrigerator space and was able to access and repair the problem.
Ultimate is now my «go-​to» place for RV repairs!
