Scotty’s is the poster child for customer service. Recently I found an issue with an after market fuel tank that was installed 4 years prior. When the issue was identified Scotty’s immediately saw that the issue was a result of their work. They ordered a new tank and installed it at no extra cost to me. The staff at Scotty’s are real stand up guys and I recommend them highly. Thanks for helping maintain customer service when it is dying elsewhere. Thanks!

Saw a review come across my Facebook feed and it made me realize I had not yet reviewed the best automotive repair outfit in the area. Always 100% satisfied, whether an oil change or a major repair. These guys are honest, fair and do what they say they will do.

I brought my son’s Subaru in because the check engine light was on, and the guys at RPM diagnosed it as either a gasket or cracked block. I had had the gasket replaced 15k miles ago by RPM, and RPM took the time to take it all apart to see if it was a bad part or cracked block. They took extra time to check the block and found it was a bad part, not the block. They repaired the vehicle at very little charge, these guys are THE GREATEST, AND HONEST MECHANICS. I would not have known what was wrong, they took the time to diagnose it and fixed it at their expense. If you are looking for an honest business, this is the place to go, FIVE STARS! If I ever need one of my work trucks taken care of, they fit me in right away, and if I can wait, it is never that long. These guys are great!

We have had work done on some of our vans and trucks. I have had a few last minute emergencies that they have always helped us with. Having a service company that carries heavy weight and is stop and go a lot can really wear down our vehicles. Scotty’s has always done a good job with a fair price. They are great at explaining exactly the work that is needed to get the vehicles not just running but running safely.

I am not a mechanic, but I take time to research what the needs of my vehicle are. I will look up manufacturer technical bulletins and also read the car enthusiast forums to get an idea of what the recommended maintenance is, as well as any special needs or fluids.
I took my fiancé’s 07 Mazda 3 in for a much needed transmission service. The gentlemen in the lube bay knew that the transmission takes a special Mazda only fluid and even though they didn’t have it in stock, had it delivered from the dealer within 20 minutes. They were quick yet thorough and had me back on the road in a little over an hour– impressive considering the 20 minute wait for fluid. A lot of peace of mind that these professionals take the time to know each car and service them properly.
It’s also a personal plus for me that Scotty’s is a locally owned shop, so I feel better knowing that my dollars stay in the community.

I had experienced problems with my trailblazer headlights for almost 2 years and ended up spending over $ 2,500 on trying to get them to work properly. One place I went to recharged me for the same issue but said it was something «new» each time. This seems clique but as a woman, I still feel taken advantage of unless my husband takes my auto in for repair.
I finally tried Scotty’s and they got it right the first time! I have had no more problems with my headlights and now take my auto in for all repairs at Scottys. They are honest and priced fair.
