Sandpebble / Spanish Oaks

I have lived here for a few years and also lived here when I was younger. Don’t remember much from a child but living here now and raising my family here has been rough. I have always had issues with the maintance coming and fixing things promptly. Maintance after hours takes hours to come take care of things that need attention right away ex: water leaking from the water heater, dishwasher leaking into downstairs neighbors, and leaks throughout pur apt. The manager always the last one on property and first one to leave. Never available to talk to tenants but her social hour is always good in the office amoung the other office employees. They are rude in the office and never seem to care when you need something. They speak as little as possible and when you put work orders in you will be lucky that it’s put in the same day or even at all. I have had my rent raised here 2 times in 3 years and in other places I have lived they may have raised it once in 10 years. On top of this the manager approaches the door of a tenant and makes them feel umcomfortable at their very home which is supposed to be a safe place. And be careful of her attitude cause she talks down to you as if you are a child. This did not happen to me but when someone close to you calls and tells you this, it doesnt make you feel any better as to where you are living. I would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are careless and rude and never make you feel like you are safe or comfortable in a place you are supposed to call home. Sadest part is we pay rent to be treated this way.

I’m relocating from CA and out of all the places I look at in my 6 week search this is the only place that was clean as soon as I stepped on the property. The staff was amazing and answered all my questions. I also am being given the chance to start my renting journey through them. I’m very pleased so far. I sign my lease on Friday and will update in 6 months.
