Ordered online never got my pizza. Some snot nose teenager blamed the printer paper being out. Will never order from there again. No customer service. I waited 2 hours.

I have to first say I am a life time round table pizza fan & IIv been ordering great Piza from this loclocation for oer 2 year. Here’s the pinch. We odered a large pizza and they said it would be 40min. An hour and a half later the kid shows up. So at this point we are staving, so he sets the pizza down and open the box and realizes he brought us the wrong pizza… OK now have seen this marvaoluse morsel and the smell is filling the room. What does he do. He apologies and says he has to takeep it and bring ours back from the restaurant… TAKE IT, AND BRING BACK ANOTHER! He did, it was cold and old. :/who takes back a pizza after being late and opening a piping fresh one in a room full of very hungry people ??? I have to say, boo on not knowing sorry for the tease edicate. You leave the wrong pizza as an apology and being back the other as you should (:/

Great pizza/salad buffet!
Brian, the manager, is awesome, attentive, and friendly. He even asked us if there was a specific pizza that we wanted on the buffet, and he had it out there within 10 minutes! He even personally brought us a couple slices to make sure we didn’t miss it!
Such great service, and of course, awesome pizza. We will be regulars here.

Well as I sit waiting for my to go order and hoping the cleanliness of the place doesn’t reflect the taste of my pizza. For a place to have three customers and the floors to be gross and tables dirty, has no excuse. It looks like the cook has been wearing the same clothes for a week and maybe some extra toppings have ended up on his shirt and pants. I’m already feeling pepto is going to be needed.

Had a good experience coming in for the all you can eat lunch buffet. Called ahead of time to ask if it was even available. Brian was very helpful and I was in 5 minutes later.
Food. All the pizza was still piping hot and the variety was great! The garlic bread has always been a favorite of mine. The salad bar is always fresh with all the options you can think of.
Service. They kept the pizza hot and the variety plentiful. Not much else service they can provide during the all you can eat buffet.
Will definitely be returning. Looking forward to trying the maui pizza

Just ordered online for delivery. I have the email confirmation showing the correct order. Waited exactly one hour and then when it got delivered the pizza and receipt they gave me was incorrect. This is the second time I’ve gotten pizza from this round table and the second time they have messed up my order. Unfortunate, because I normally love round table. But I guess I’ll stick with Domino’s delivery.

Usually use another local pizza place but gave Round Table a try. Ordered at 5:30 for pizza delivery at 7:30. Called over there at 7:45 to check on my order… oh, wait… we’ll put it in the oven now, you’ll have it in 30 minutes. Nope, took another hour. Decent pizza, lousy lousy lousy service. Never again.
