Last year at this time I was probably in the best shape of my life. I never considered myself an athlete in high school or college. I exercised casually and would watch my intake when the scale started to tip in the wrong direction and I got by that way for a long time (except when I turned 21 and could buy beer).
In 2014 I joined a running group after discovering that I could run more than 3 miles. Through that group I trained to become a better runner and, more importantly, I met my wife. She encouraged me to test my limits and in 2014 I ran my first half-​marathon. As a swimming coach, she helped me learn to swim and in 2015 I did 2 triathlons and a trail half marathon. I looked and felt great. I could eat what I wanted because burning it off was never a problem. And believe me when I say that I like food. And beer. And wine.
But April of 2014 something even better happened: we got pregnant. Now there’s a phenomenon called «sympathy weight,» and let me tell you, it’s real. Here’s how it happens. Your training partner’s energy is being sucked up by this little human who needs a lot of energy to grow from a few grams to 7 pounds (6 pounds, 10 ounces). She doesn’t have a lot left over for Tuesday night runs and Saturday bike rides and distance training Sundays. She also gets ravenously hungry and being the kind, loving partner she is, assumes you must be hungry too. So enter the snacks.
That is how «dad-​bod» comes to be.
Coming to the realization that the scale was not malfunctioning and I was, in fact, gaining weight, I began to watch my diet a little closer and the weight-​gain leveled off. But running season was right around the corner and moving 20 extra pounds around is very hard. I needed a tune-​up.
A few of my fellow runners started posting on Facebook about radical weight loss and some kind of «Results Challenge» thing and it piqued my interest. Could I lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks and get back to my pre-​pregnancy weight? My body still remembered how to move and my metabolism certainly remembered how to turn fat in to energy. Thus I found myself at an orientation. It was standing room only at the Sparks gym. I’d already made up my mind but it was inspiring nonetheless to hear the stories of challengers: people who’d overcome incredible hurdles through sheer willpower and grit; people who had lost weight in the triple digits; people who could stop taking diabetic medication.
A week later I picked up my diet plan and challenge handbook and did my first weigh-​in. The goalpost was set, the terms were defined and all I had to do was race to the end.
Now I mentioned that I love food. But I didn’t mention that cooking is my hobby and that when I travel I scope out the best restaurants and plan my schedule around trying new things. I eat a huge variety of foods and will never turn down something new. And within my circle of friends food is often the central gathering point. The diet that goes along with this workout plan makes a lot of sense to me on a scientific level. In short, it’s meant to encourage your body to put on muscle while reducing your fat stores. And it works. My wife half-​way did the diet and took to swimming a couple of days per week and lost a reasonable amount of weight herself. But giving up the foods I love was the most difficult part of this plan. As creative as I am with food it was very hard to re-​invent the same handful of foods every week. Even harder was the isolation from my circle of friends. It felt, at times, that I was under house arrest. The motto is «STTFP: Stick to the #&%*ing plan!». The expletive here is entirely necessary because it’s not easy to sit at home by yourself and eat a bowl full of spinach with shredded chicken on it and some brown rice while your friends are out eating a steak sandwich and French fries. But you do it and you watch the numbers on the scale start going down.
The other half of weight loss is exercise. This was the easier part for me. Sign up for a scheduled class. Bring water and a sweat towel and do the workout. Did I say this was easier? It was also fun. The coaches bring a lot of energy and were incredibly good at helping me find modifications that wouldn’t aggravate the lower back injury I have. They helped me with my technique and form too and have given me many new exercises that I can use for the rest of my life. I brought my heart rate monitor to classes with me and when I put in real effort, I saw real results: between 500 and 800 calories burned in a workout and lot of them were fat calories.
So now I’m here at week 5 with 22 pounds lost and having to wear a belt. I can fit in to my suit again and I feel good. I picked up some lessons in the kitchen as well. Use less oil. Cheese is not needed on everything. A little rice goes a long way.
If you’re interested in shedding the weight, I recommend this program. It’s not easy. I will not kid you on this. My advice to anyone is make sure you read your contract thoroughly and understand

Started my first challenge 6 weeks ago today and I am happy to say that I am down 22.6lbs. I have been overweight the majority of my adult life and have struggled to find some time of weight loss program I could stick to. The biggest help for me was the food plan. I liked that it wasn’t a «Eat only x amount of calories in a day» type of thing. They tell you what food to eat and when to eat it. I needed that structure, especially at the beginning of this journey. The workouts are amazingly fun, but tough. The coaches are supportive and really push you to go harder every day. I’m moving on to Round 2 and when all is said and done, I will become a member.

Addendum to previous review
I just finished my 2^nd 6 week challenge and left the building very happy. Down an additional 22 lbs (for a 13 week total of 47 lbs), at least 4 pant sizes, able to run again, physically able to add yoga to my practice, not craving any foods that I would have killed for last time, getting up at 3:30 to eat breakfast and hit the 5:00 am class is just part of my day now, gaining friends, hopefully inspiring others!!! Such a great experience for this «old fat man».

NOT what they advertise. the «free» challenge is a $ 495.00 «Deposit» that you must put down and abide by ALL of their stipulations in order to get a full refund back… they are anything from a positive attitude, to checking in on Facebook with a few sentences (EVERY WORK OUT), losing 20 lbs & having a BMI of 25 or less, rating them on Unilocal and FB… the list goes on and on and basically they can decide if you are «awarded» your almost $ 500 deposit back at the end of the challenge. You have to follow their exact plan and use their scales and if you don’t meet your goal you have to do the immediate 6 week challenge following the one you just finished to get your «free» results. I’m sure it would work but there is too high of a risk with too many maybes and too many rules that are easy to break. when they are the ones deciding if you earned your money back. Good luck to the suckers who were roped into this scam… Very clean facility and really nice staff…

I finished the second round. This was much harder than the first go at. I still tried to STTFP (stick to the f*n plan), but I wasn’t always so diligent so it wasn’t a huge shock when the scale didn’t move every week. The FitFam was always sharing different ways to cook or season the food so it didn’t become boring and repetitive. The workouts seemed a bit easier because my body knew what was going on. I was stronger and a bit faster with some of the workouts. I was super happy when the scale’s numbers went down (of course) but the real progress and joy came when people started noticing that I was losing weight… not to mention I needed new clothes! The coaches are so wonderful. I sat down with Dylan because I was worried about not making the final goal. He gave me some pointers on what I should do which included extra cardio after the workouts. I lost over 5 pounds that week! I also started going to the mobility class on Saturday morning. Coach Adriana led that class and she showed us the right way to do deep stretches with foam rollers and lacrosse balls. I have to say that Fridays are my favorite times of the week. The workout is lovingly called «Booty Friday»! That’s also the night I go and join Zumba Dan for a great dance routine. Still can’t make my hips move, but it’s fun none the less. I’m down almost forty pounds, but I still have a ways to go. I’m a member of the club, but more importantly, a member of the FitFam. There is so much support from everyone in the community. I wouldn’t change this experience for anything in the world! Thanks to some of the best coaches– Adriana, Dylan, Phillip, Dan, Rachel, Anish, Bre, Shelby and of course Matt Weaver for starting me on this program. (and anyone else I might have forgotten…)

When I first heard about NV Transformation (specifically the 6 Week Challenge) I was very hesitant and skeptical. It seemed like there had to be a bunch of catches and it would end up being another weight loss program that sounded too good to be true. I had seen the results of a view friends and was blown away by their transformation so I decided to check out an orientation and go from there. The owner, Matt Weaver, is not some over the top meathead trainer trying to take all your money while you struggle to throw some weights around. He is a person who has been through the struggle so many others face everyday regarding weight loss and nutrition. You could see the passion he had for weight loss and that he actually wants to help people. I signed up immediately after the orientation and it was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made.
All my life I was a tenacious and athletic person. Upon entering college I seemed to lose interest in my athletic and positive nutritional habits and focus solely on partying and not caring about what I ate or drank. I let myself go for far too long and It was time that I invested in myself and got back on track.
The challenge pushes you not only physically but mentally as well. You cannot just sign up and expect to lose 20 pounds without putting the work in every single day. Be prepared to constantly have willpower tested as your friends and family eat something not plan approved and be prepared to wake up every day and push yourself. Be prepared to dig deep and transform into the person you want to become. Once you start to see results, your attitude not only towards your workouts and plans will change, but your attitude towards life will begin to change as well. I didn’t realize the potential I had and just how unhappy I was prior to the challenge.
Each time you go to a class you will experience a fun and different workout. They take into consideration the workouts done the day before so you are mixing it up and also not working the same or sore muscles. Each trainer also provides a different experience and atmosphere which is a pretty cool aspect. They also have times throughout the entire day to fit your schedule. This also means no excuses for getting in there and doing work!
In 6 weeks I lost 21.4 pounds and have never felt better. I have more energy and self confidence that I truly have never had before. Even though the challenge is over I am still meal prepping and continuing to improve myself and reach new goals. I have signed up for a half marathon and am looking for other ways to continue to challenge myself. I have a new excitement for life that I have never felt before.
Also, GO TO DAN’S ZUMBA CLASS! I changed my work schedule because it was such a good workout and put me in a great mood. You will not regret it!

Pros: Nv transformation is an excellent gym. They have plenty of equipment that is maintained in good shape for daily use. The gym is always kept clean and organized by both the staff and the members. I have attended 40 classes in 42 days including the Zumba classes that are offered there and have never experienced the same workout. (The Zumba class will kick your ass and have you feeling like a bad ass b*tch…even if you’re a man). You are guaranteed to be dripping with sweat by the end of the hour as long as you put forth your best effort during the workouts. The trainers guide you through the exercises and provide modification for those who need it or have certain physical restrictions.
Cons: The gym claims to offer nutritional guidance and support for challengers but I feel I received no assistance whatsoever. Whenever I had questions during the nutritional Q&A sessions the trainers would just tell me to keep sticking to the food plan… even when I hit a 4 week plateau. They suggested taking a picture of my meals and sending it to their personal profile via Facebook. I immediately did so, saw that the message was read by the trainer the same day but did not get a response. I sent another message which was also read and I did not receive any feedback until the following weeks nutritional Q&A when I had to remind the trainer that I had been waiting a whole WEEK for feedback. The trainers response was that the message was not seen even though it was. The only «help» that was offered was a printout about carb cycling. At this point, it had been 4 weeks of seeking nutritional help from the trainers and receiving minimal feedback. I ended up going to a nutrition shop in town for assistance where they changed my meal plan, vitamins, and took me off of the gym’s protein powder. After this change I broke the 4 week plateau and lost more than 12 pounds in my last 1.5 weeks of the 6 week challenge. I believe I would have seen more results earlier in the process if the trainers were more proactive and offered better solutions to nutrition questions than just the «wait and see» feedback that was given.
All in all, I would recommend the gym and their workouts to anyone looking to get in shape, but I would also recommend that you do your own nutritional research and do not completely rely on the gym’s nutritional recommendations depending what your goals are.

When I first walked in the doors to Results Nv Transformation 6 weeks ago, I was planning on signing up to do a 6 week bootcamp, lose 20 lbs. & see what all this buzz was all about. 6 weeks sounded like an eternity with no sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine, broccoli, chicken, fish, asparagus, oatmeal & a gallon of water. a day, working out an hour (or more) a day, 6 days a week… WHA??? Was I crazy???
I was tired of feeling overweight, sluggish, out of shape & had grown out of most of the clothes that used to fit. I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning (especially if I drank!) most of the time, too depressed to even look in my closet, let alone in the mirror at myself! What had happened to the old me??? She wasn’t happy anymore, stressed out all the time & took care of everyone else except HERSELF!
Today was the end of my 6 week challenge & this morning when I arrived for my weigh out, after all my hard work, I was 23.4 lbs lighter! In only 6 WEEKS! And more importantly… feel amazing every day & it keeps getting better!
Every single thing about my life has improved! There are just too many positive changes to even list! And those jeans I couldn’t even button… they don’t even fit anymore, they’re too big now! I’m seeing muscles I didn’t even know I had! I am so excited to get out of bed in the mornings now & the best part of my day, is after I finish my workout!
I’ve never felt better in my life & cannot wait to see the changes my body makes after another 6 weeks! Yep… I’m never looking back, this is my new life & I’m not letting go of it (or allowing anyone or anything to interfere with it) ever again!
Don’t get me wrong, this program is challenging & can be tough at times. Don’t even think about it if you’re not willing to work hard, break bad habits, and start loving your body again. But If you are, I highly recommend it! I’m sold & never going back to my old ways.

I can only think of good things to say about NV Transformation Center. I successfully completed my first challenge by losing 27 pounds within the six weeks! My second challenge was much harder for me to complete due to the never-​ending obstacles I faced in my personal life. However, I continued working out and pushing myself and I saw my body changing even though the weight was not coming off as easily as it did before. I truly believe that my journey was worth it and that I was successful in both challenges no matter how much I lost. The coaches are amazing and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. The food plan was hard for me at first, however it is very easy to adjust to with all the support of the fit-​fam. It was such a rewardable journey and I am happy to be a part of the fit-​fam. I plan on joining as a member to continue towards my fitness goal.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. It truly is a Transformation Center as in the name. It doesn’t only help you lose the weight as advertised but it creates a change in lifestyle. I have completed 3 of the 20 lbs in 6 weeks challenges and just completed my first alumni challenge. I have lost 70 lbs total while attending this gym and couldn’t be happier. I recently went to my old gym (that I still maintain a membership for as well) that is far less money but the benefits of this gym to me are priceless. I spent some time on their treadmills staring out to the groups of college kids socializing around one piece of equipment getting nothing out of their workout and probably spending hours there while I get my workout in every morning in an hour and feel like I have a family of other members and coaches to support me. Without this gym I would probably still be on the couch every day at the end of my work day rather than wanting to get out and be more active by walking my dog or participating in city leagues, hiking, and so much more. Last year I ran my first half marathon. I have signed up to run that half marathon again this year and will be running at least one other race so far. Results NV Transformation Center truly changed my life.

This program WORKS. The last 6 weeks have been some of the best times ever. My coach DAN is amazing and always encourages you to be your best. The diet is hard. It’s clean eating and for someone that loves eating it’s hard to change but it’s SOOOOO WORTH IT! I’m down 21.4 lbs in 6 weeks!!! I have now made the choice to try another 6 weeks for FREE! Your money rolls over. It’s simple follow the program and lose the weight for FREE! Thank you NV TRANSFORMATION! This place has changed my life!

What a journey it has been! This review will be extremely comprehensive.
This program is real. You pay up front and if you meet all the requirements:
lose the 20 lbs in 6 weeks, keep it off for an additional 10 days
OR you go for round 2 to lose another 20 lbs
go to the gym 30 times during the6weeks
check-​in on a social media site every time
leaving a review of the program after completion
They use the BMI chart to determine how much you need to lose. From a mathematical standpoint this program is harder for someone who is smaller and barely in the overweight range on the BMI chart than someone who is obese on the BMI chart. I lost exactly 20 lbs my percentage of weight loss as over 12%my friend who lost more than me starting out lost barely 9%in the same time period. However, the program is called the 20 pound challenge for a reason.
Okay, let me say I did not follow their required food plan. I am a vegetarian/​vegan and their food plan is a very high animal protein based diet. I do not agree with their diet and the way they have the participants eat. I understand the reason they feel they need to «dumb it down». Most Americans don’t know anything about nutrition, so simplicity is probably best. However, I think education when it comes to nutrition is really important and they are definitely missing the point here. Though I did not follow their program, I have heard from numerous others that they wanted a lot more guidance in that area. I did this program as a vegan, and I didn’t really have much support. I created my own plan and did a lot of research. I made some poor decisions and learned quickly from them. I tracked and measured everything all my food. I relied heavily on Arbonne’s protein, fiber, greens, evolution line, and phytosport line. Others were talking about Arbonne’s protein that it wasn’t allowed on the plan due to the sugar content but personally I will take pure cane sugar over the artificial sweeteners in the whey protein they sell. All the food I ate was organic and NON-GMO.I ate a crazy amount of veggies.
The workouts are AMAZING! 5 stars! They are tough, but you can do it, we all can. Most of the workouts are circuit based. HIIT style, there were also Tabata exercises and team relays. It was a lot of fun (yes I said fun) to push myself to accomplish more. Some days were harder than others, this was usually more of a mental thing than anything else. It’s nice to be in a group where everyone is doing the same thing.
Coaches, Staff, and the Owner: 3 stars
Each time a new 6 week cycle starts everyone is supposed to wear name tags. However, the coaches don’t. It seriously was my last week before I finally knew some of the main coaches names. I still don’t know the names of some of the other coaches. Adding to this problem is the schedule online;when you book your classes there is the name of the coach teaching and it is often a different coach teaching the
for the coaches I do know: Chad, Dylan, Dan, Eric, Bre, & JD… they were awesome. Eric&Dan were by far the best cheerleaders. They are by far the most complementary, encouraging, and supportive. When they would come by and say «you got this» or «keep going, just a little longer“it was motivating! As for the coaches who weren’t there very often, they were like the complete opposite, almost like a Negative Nancy only speaking when correcting form and even had expressions on their faces like they don’t want to be there, like they are better than the program participants. This was discouraging. Correcting form is super important, but only talking to people when they are doing something wrong is exhausting to hear. All the coaches are a little guilty of giving the fit and attractive members a little too much attention. Favoritism is an issue. I would often see the coaches encouraging and bantering with the members who were excelling and never even speaking to others. The other thing that really bothered me was some of the negativity from the owner on social media. There is an age old saying,“praise in public and criticize in private».There is a rule (that I agree with) that being positive in the gym and on the social media group is required, and bad attitudes, would be cause for disqualification. However, I have seen the owner criticize people who are negative on social media. Honestly, it puts are really bad taste in my mouth towards this company. I believe it is completely unprofessional to be in a position of power and talk down to someone. Yes, those other people are being negative, they are usually discouraged. Their post should be deleted, and they should be talked with about their concern privately along with being reminded of the rules. I cannot express enough how disheartening it was to see these negative posts from the owner.
My final take away…
The workouts are totally awesomesauce! The program works whether you are a carnivore or a vegan, though don’t expect much guidance if you are a vegan. For the most part the coaches are amazing and helpful.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Rip off 400 dollars then you get injured second day into the challenge when they expect you to workout like you have been working out for years. After I had broken my foot doing a burpee. They kept the money they didn’t let me start on a new challenge they suck

Scam Alert!
Here’s how it works at NV Transformation. They have you sign a contract to do a challenge and take $ 400 from you, which they promise to give back at the end of six weeks if you lose 20 pounds. Oh, and spam everyone you know, every day for 30 days during the cycle, with Facebook check-​ins. Still interested? Read on!
There is a clause in the contract (one of MANY) that says that if you are still overweight (high BMI) at the end of your challenge, they force you to roll over into the next one. And the next one. So as long as you’re still overweight they have you contractually hooked through THREE CYCLES! That’s four and a half months, folks.
And since it becomes progressively harder to maintain Every. Single. Minute. Point. of your contractual requirements though 12 and even 18 weeks, you essentially have a nearly impossible time ever getting your money returned, and rest assured they will FIGHT you for it.
And since they base BMI on a simple height vs weight scale, it’s not even an accurate measurement and they REFUSE to do a caliper test to confirm the need to extend the contract. So if you’re like me, with a muscular build from Army training and a bit of fat over it that you aren’t sure how much you need to get back on track? Plan to pay $ 400 for their «free» challenge because the management will move heaven and earth to avoid giving it back.

If you’re morbidly obese and can see yourself committing nearly five months to a contract with several other nasty pitfalls in it, go for it! You will likely lose the weight, just don’t expect a payout at the end. Unfortunately without the fear of losing money, the psychology of the challenge falls apart, but I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t shine a light on this chicanery.
The $ 150 per month for their monthly program may be worth it to you, it’s just circuit training and a meal plan which is basic common sense. I don’t think so.
As far as the rest: I have nothing but good to say about the staff and trainers for their positivity and motivation, but the training ability could be more consistent. The facilities could use some serious TLC, and notifications about things that are broken fall on deaf ears (ever going to fix that drinking fountain? Doubt it!)
The Challenge? Total scam.

It’s sad I had a similar experience. Durning week one I was shamed online for posting my meal, in their defense I did have black beans on my salad, but constructive criticism would of been nice, rather than what I got. Especially when the owner cyber bullied me on Facebook. Then in my third week I tore my PCL and have a doctors note and MRI to prove it. Still no money back, I left Jessica several messages, no return calls. Every time I went down there she was «unavailable». Then one of the coaches had the nerve to call me and remind me to sign up for my final weigh in and to remember «I signed up for a challenge and I should hold myself accountable.» WTF?! Is all I have to say. The coaches don’t watch or help you durning workouts this what resulted in my injury. I am happy for all those who had success with this program but I feel like they are out for your money nothing else.

My rock bottom came last year on our first family vacation. I didn’t want to miss playing with my kids at the beach & pool, and found myself rummaging thru the thrift store selection for a swimsuit. L, XL… XXL? How did I let myself get like this? I spent a week feeling ashamed & embarrassed in a frumpy, suit larger than a maternity suit! I came home and started exercising constantly, twice a day; I became a literal hamster on a cardio wheel. 6 months later, not only had I not lost any weight, I had gained 2 pounds! I felt defeated, exhausted, and confused. I blamed «the 40 year old metabolism». I had tried everything I knew and was still failing. I knew I had to change something! I came across NV Transformation’s FB page, swallowed my pride, attended an orientation and haven’t looked back since!
Now, 2 successful 20# challenges later, I feel like I’m living the life I wanted. I no longer feel like a prisoner in my own body! I have more energy to play with my kids, even after household tasks AND my workouts are done! I get better sleep, and I work more productively during the day. I love that my days now have STRUCTURE! Because I learned to prep & plan my meals, I can make good food choices without bingeing or going hungry. My whole family is eating better, and it’s saving money on our grocery budget! How’s that for some awesome NSV’s?!?
The staff at NV Transformations Center will help show you your path. The plan works! The workouts are fun, keep you moving, and time flies when training seems like having fun with your friends! I only wish I had started sooner! Don’t waste another day feeling trapped in a fat body, feeling like a failure, or not knowing how to change it.
The hardest part about starting your journey is just getting thru the door. The staff and your fellow Transformers will be there for you every step of the way. Don’t ~weight~ any longer, your healthier body & lifestyle are there for you, come get it! Take those first steps that’ll change your life!

Finished my six week challenge this week. If I could bump up the stars to six I would. I didn’t lose the 20 lbs and get my money back but do I attribute that to my efforts? Yep. I take 100% responsibility for that.
Now that I have been going for almost two months I can not recommend this place enough. All of the coaches have a special place in my heart. They are all so wonderful and caring. I love this place so much that I actually purchased a year membership to keep going and stay fit. Give it a chance. You will not regret it.

Just completed my first 6 week challenge and I must say I had my doubts in the beginning. But from day one the entire staff was there to help and provide all the tools I needed to make it through and come out 42 days later and 20 lbs lighter. Even when I advised them I had to leave town for a week (the last week of my challenge) for work they gave me tips and suggestions for sticking with the plan. It’s not easy, but I made the commitment and stuck with it and it definitely works.
I highly recommended the NV transformation team for anyone with 20 lbs to lose. Not only have I gained the skills for a new healthier lifestyle, but I met so many that I know will be there to help keep me on track for the future.

I have been drawn to the team environment that accompanies the cross-​fit environment, but in watching those exercises I knew that it would destroy my back and probably do more harm. When I came across NV Transformation, I was pleased to see that fun team environment that I wanted but with a strenuous routine that would not cause me harm. The trainers take great care in offering accommodations to known areas of concern and offer modified exercises for many of the common movements. I did lose the 20lbs in the 6 weeks and signed up for challenges 2 and 3. After that, I’m definitely going month to month as I truly love this environment and program. I look forward to more locations and just hope that I get to keep my 2 favorite trainers!

NV Transformation has changed my life. I went to the orientation knowing that I had nothing to lose for listening. Two things jumped out at me. High stakes and accountability! I needed something that would keep me from breaking my promise. High stakes was the fact that money was on the line. I could get all of my money back if I lost 20 pounds in 42 days. Accountability– By contract I had to be accountable! Otherwise I lose my money. I knew this is the tough love I needed. I was going to another gym in town. They take my money every month, I continue to use the equipment and jump on the cardio machines, but changes in my health and/​or body didn’t take place. The gym still got my money, but I did not change. NV Transformation made me a promise they could help change my life, dedicate their time and expertise to me for FREE. All I had to do was follow the strict food plan, be accountable and lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. It was NOT easy, but the coaches believed in me. I never gave up.
Not only did I take this challenge, I passed the challenge and realized quickly that I need NV Transformation to see me through my journey to get healthy. The coaches are firm, but supportive and encouraging. They know what they are doing and I never feel my time is wasted. They GET RESULTS! I leave class every day, sweaty and feeling accomplished. They WANT us to succeed and WANT us all to get our money back. I normally get bored easily when it comes to exercise. The coaches mix up the workouts. They keep it fresh and keep the body guessing. The best thing I ever did for myself was take the challenge and the second thing was become a full time member. I am not stopping now. They have taught me so much while changing my life. This gym and the coaches have helped me change my body and mind! I highly recommend this gym to anyone out there that wants to make a change forever. If you are ready to do it the coaches are waiting for you to take the first step. They will walk you through every day until you cross that finish line. I met them half way by committing myself 100% and doing what they told me to do with food and exercise. I trusted them at all times even when I wasn’t sure it was going to work out as planned. It did work out and I would not change a single second of this experience.
