Laurie Brazier – State Farm Insurance Agent

Insurance sucks, but Laurie Brazier’s office makes it suck less. They’ve always been very helpful and worked with me to maximize the discounts on my policies. My fiancée’s agent demanded a certified copy of her UNR transcript to get her good student discount. This office accepted an unofficial PDF copy that I was able to download from the registrar’s office. They also called me recently to inquire about my driving habits and mileage on my car to see if they needed to adjust anything. Turns out, they were able to save me some money that way too.
I first found this office through State Farm’s website after being unhappy with my previous insurance company. I left the state for school for a few years, but when I came back I made sure to transfer my policies back to this office. It’s not the closest one to where I live anymore, but the excellent customer service I’ve received has kept me here.
