As a 62 year old «kid» (going on 16 or so years old in my mind), who busted his rear to be able to buy my 2012 Jeep SRT8, let alone what I’ve done to make it go FASTER… I could gush about virtually every aspect of this shop that I simply can’t recommend any higher.
That I receive what I purchased from Ken & his crew at IVM, is of course expected. But… The SERVICE? Wow! I seriously was beginning to believe I’d never again benefit from their «Old School» approach to providing not just Good service. This outfit blows right past that, and doesn’t stop at Exceptional service either.
I honestly believe I’ve not only been treated in such a fair manner on pricing, I’ve also received the kind of service I though was lost to whatever these clowns out in the business world THINK is «OK Enough» service.
You do business with this impressive operation, be prepared to be blown away at how well they actually know how to deliver on their products AND offer the type of service us Old Guys, thought was lost to history!

Motor Rebuild and Supercharger rebuild, with some Transmission work done well. Thanks for all you hard work, cant wait till you rebuild my Viper Ram SRT-​10 and Charger SRT-​8… THx

Can you expect great customer service from a car repair shop? normally not… But here you definitely receive quality work for your vehicle with a personal touch. I believe they care about you getting your set of wheels up and running while keeping the price affordable. They also do performance improvements and I always see a wide variety of car brands in their garage. Getting work done on your car is never fun, but at IVM they make it a whole lot better!

This is the best place I’ve ever been to. The best experience I have had with my car and the dealt with my pain in the ass 3^rd part warranty. The literally went out of their way for me and really charged me a fair price. Love it here so much
