Our experience with this company was a nightmare. We live in another State and had engaged them to rent our home in Neveda after my company no longer wanted to relocate me. When my company changed its mind we told Fleming that we would need our home afterall and to please send us back our 2 sets of keys. They told us that if we faxed a letter to them that they would return our keys. After several months of calling them and leaving messages trying follow-​up on our request to get our keys back, they sent us a letter saying that because we decided to move back into our home they discarded the keys (2 sets). Is that professional behavior? What kind of company would do something like that? All I can say is be very wary of this company — do not trust them to manage your property.
