I have to reveal that the owners are our neighbors, but that has nothing to do with the fact that their store rocks! They carry a hugh variety of flags and banners, but they also stock a wide variety of local Nevada products, which is always good for local vendors and purveyors.
They are always friendly and helpful when we go into the store, and they know all their products. They also make many of the products they sell right here locally, which helps add to our economy. I love that they will put together Nevada themed gift baskets with local products, along with the signs and banners they can create, and they carry local flags, like the Battle Born and UNR flags. They even had a special anniversary banner for our 150-​year anniversary last year that we proudly flew all year!

I will never shop at this establishment again. A flag store that does not offer any discount to US Military Veterans. Really?! When asked, they say they donate to other causes. I feel this is highly unlikely since they will not even offer a simple discount such as one equal to the sales tax to a disabled veteran like myself. I was also disappointed in their attitude when I asked.
Overall I feel it is an unpatriotic flag store that does not honor or respect your veterans. How sadly ironic.

Ever been to one of those places that has everything you need, right when you need it? The Flag Store is that place.
I needed 11 flags — that’s right, 11 flag poles. A large US, a medium US and Nevada, and a bunch of 3×5 flags (US, NV, Reno, UNR, Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines). Plus flag pole repair items. Every one of them was in stock and in a box in under an hour for me to pick up.
I’ve been using The Flag Store for my flags for over 20 years. Even my sailboat flags (US plus Time Flies When You’re Having Rum). For patriotic, specialty and fun flags, The Flag Store has it ready to fly.

Recently, I was interested in telescoping flag poles and custom flags.
I knew the Flag store did flags for the Rodeo so I figured they could take on my project.
I was not disappointed Eric and Valerie were very knowledgable and showed me a number of options to choose from.
I gave them my idea for the flag and shortly I received a prof to review and have them start production. In a few weeks my product was ready for pick up and know I a, able to roundly fly the Nevada Wolf Pack flag and my custom flag on an easy to use telescoping flag poles so my friends and clients can track me down easily. Great work and a fair price, thank you!

Eric and the gang have always done a great job for us! The banners seem to last longer than previous suppliers and their installation service is top notch, allowing our expensive banners to survive Reno windstorms.
